I ordered a plain spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a fully loaded one. I also ordered chicken fries and they were cold and soggy. And with my ordered I ordered a root beer and they gave ne Dr Pepper. The best part was the fries and they were barely salted lol
I have thought about stopping here, but with the drive-thru always busy, it was a no go. But, when we stopped here recently, with practically no people in the drive-thru, I decided to take a chance. I wanted a simple meal, so I decided on the Whopper Jr. meal, with some onion rings, instead of fries. Once we pulled up to the window, pay for our orders, we didn't have to wait too long for our food. I liked how they were prompt with their service. I couldn't wait to get home, especially since the food smelled really good. It was a good and filling lunch. The onion rings had just the right amount of crispiness. The burger had the right amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. All of the ingredients tasted really fresh, and had a really good crispy taste to them. It would be fun to maybe dine-in, especially since the dinning room seems to be open more and more often. Plus it just looks really cool all around.
FAST,FAST,FAST, Nine cars in the Drive-Thru when I pulled in, that's a no for me. I am going in, no one in there. Right up to the counter, 2 Cheeseburgers ? and small fry and Diet Soda. Food was out before I got my soda and condiments ready. Burgers were hot, Fries ? were fresh, soda was flat, but pretty perfect. Life is good. Have compassion for people, you don't know there struggle.?
Closed on a Friday night at 8??? Apparently no one wants to work. Same at Smash Burger right next door. Streets are packed. Cars driving in...clearly there are paying customers out right now. What a shame.
Had a terrible experience when I went to get food. The people who answered the drive thru intercom were rude and very unprofessional. They also closed way almost an hour earlier than it says they are open until. The food was not the best either.
Service was not fast at all!! I saw 15 cars drove away because they took forever!! You need better and faster workers.Last time they forgot a bacon burger and it was charged on our receipt. It’s the closed one otherwise I would never order here again.
I was waiting in a line of 4 cars in the drive thru for at least 15 min, when finally some one came on and said we are closed for the night. The person that came in and said that had been sitting in their car the whole time. Their hours say the close at 10pm, this all happened at 6:45pm. No sorry for the wait or anything just a we are closed for the night. I wasn’t the only person in the drive thru that was sitting there for a while waiting either, I’d understand if it was like 15 min to close or I showed up and was legitimately after there normal hours of business but this was not the case. Needless to say I will be taking my business else where, this isn’t the first time things like this have happened.
Excellent food, excellent service, and very clean; with the new remodel it's a definite must go if you're in the area. The new Whopper melt is my favorite.
Only ever two people working. 30 minute wait time for 2 burgers. Can't make 2 separate orders. No dinning in. What a joke. You would have better service if you just closed it down.
Good food for fast food. It's a burger king so nothing extravagant. However this particular location during the winter has poor plowing. My personal vehicle almost got stuck just in the drive thru of all places.
