We called ahead to accommodate a soccer team and their families. They were fantastic! It was a very large group and they said they only had two servers for the restaurant. They worked together so well. Food was great and fresh and was served with a smile! Thank you!
Rude waiter constantly back in forth past our table! Gave our food to wrong table and wingers were cold! Also waiter snatch my card out of my hand and threw it on the table when returned!!!! I didn’t give a tip for how he treated his customers! Never coming back!
Legitimately, this Buffalo wild wings, I don't know what they're doing, but they're doing it right. I've been to a lot of BDubs all over the country but holy cow. The chicken here and how they cook it is A great example of how to do it. The chicken, I got boneless by the way, but the chicken was very moist and just, perfect. I don't know how to describe it other than perfect.
The worst chicken we have ever eaten. Not salty. Difficult to bite. The chicken wings were not fresh like 1 year ago. Unseasoned. Just terrible! First and last time order here! “Thanks”
Usually have great experiences but it was really weird this time. The meals were brought out with like 10 minutes in between each person of our party of 4 which made it really awkward. Then because they were out of onion rings they were refusing to give us the platter even though we were fine without the onion rings and didn't need substituting. Finally the server said he could do it but that the managers were mad at him?
Well after coming here five months ago and having literally the worst service of my life I thought hey its half off Thursday and we haven't been there in a while maybe things are better.... Nope 20 minute wait turned into 45 min wait we get seated it takes another hour and half to get our food seriously guys with service like this how are you still open for business. Let me add that the restaurant is only using half the available tables so your not packed
Very disappointed. Paid 8.00 for a lemonade sour because there was definitely NO liquor in the long Island I ordered. Many people in my party but I got my order 1st and finally after 20 minutes we had to ask the server for the rest of our parties order. She brought it out and it was cold and you could tell it was sitting for awhile because the sauce on the wings was super baked in and dry. You could tell it was sitting under the lights. The order was still not complete and it took another 15 minutes to get the potatoes that were ordered. The server was quick to blame the kitchen for the issues but it really is the servers job to make sure the customers are happy. I don't think I will go back to this location. Not the 1st time not satisfied.
Oh man. First ever B Dubs experience and it sucked! The waitress was good and I know she had nothing to do with it but noticed her tips lacking because it took 2 HOURS to get our food and it was not good. We had 2 small children with and if you have hangry kids, one of which turned 2 that day, 2 hours is TOO LONG! The people at the bar were waiting 30+minutes to get a drink and this was 4 pm. We will never go back.
Came in with a friend. We got boneless tenders and wedges with cheese. My friend had never had either. The bartender was awesome and she even had some Chipotle dry rub behind the bar (the kitchen was out). Definitely a better location than the Blaine one. I'll drive the extra few min for better food and service.
A great place to dine in, but online ordering sets you up for a disappointing experience. Three attempts, three misfires. First was 30 min late, second was a curbside pickup attempt that never happened, third was a lost order and a long wait to recover. There won't be a fourth.Eat in, enjoy the atmosphere and great staff. Skip online ordering.
