Went through the drive thru. They had difficulties understanding that I wanted a meal and not just the sandwich, even though I kept referring to it as a number 2. I want a number 2 please. They also didn't give me any marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks.
This place is so hit or miss. I had the new Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. It was actually pretty good. Not on par with 5 guys or Shake Shack but it was good for drive thru. Hard to be Arbys when it’s hot and fresh. Unfortunately, I have too many poor experiences, especially when ordering chicken sandwiches.
Arby's has tasty food and nice helpful employees.
The people that work here are always happy and my order has never been wrong.
Thank you to the kind young man at the register who paid for mine and my daughters meals yesterday. My card declined (chip problem at first) and then had me slide and it declined. I had money so I think it was a fluke. It was still a very kind gesture. He has great customer service and is very entertaining.
Literally says dining open and then when you go there it’s closed always . OPEN THE DINING ROOM. For god sake‘s end this madness there are people that don’t always drive that would like to come in and order something and eat instead of walking through the drive-through and being ignored and having to go up to the window.
I had gone through the drive through on march 8th at around 7:00 pm and the customer service was absolutely the best I have ever had. The gentleman taking the order was personable and friendly and then it continued on with the lady at the window. Sorry never caught their names. My order was made, lack of a better word, perfect. Definitely will return
They have the meats. Always a favorite is the roast beef sandwich.
When Arby's is trying to make people sick ..refer to pics of raw. Chicken
What the heck is this? Who would even make a sandwich like this? Either there is a sauce shortage or someone doesn't care about how the sandwich is made. Please change training procedures like: Place 1 smallest dot of sauce- to -spread sauce over the whole bun.
