Great service, classic Applebee's and this location does it well. Good happy hour stop for apps and brewskis
Everytime I go in to get food it's always ready and hot. The customer service is amazing and very friendly. They serve great food and the booze is amazing if you are over 21. I personally get the quesadilla burger with fries and it's amazing.
Steak could have been cooked with a little more care but otherwise great customer service, nice and fast, good food as always, and wasn't too busy despite it being mothers day.
Terrible management. My family and I went into this location to celebrate after my graduation. After 30 minutes (and being told it would be a 20 minute wait for a group of 7) we were sat at two separate tables.. When we asked why, the host they said they can’t do parties larger than 6 because “of covid” (even tho I had been working at a different location at the time and we were able to seat parties up to 10). (Pretty sure it was because they didn’t have larger tables available and would’ve had to tell us wait time would be 45-an hour, knowing they wouldn’t get our business that way) Would’ve been nice to know before waiting 30 minutes to be sat?? So we asked why we weren’t informed and instead of answering, she got the manager. He came out and immediately was very condescending, rude, and short. Told us it was two separate tables or to leave and refused to accommodate us in any way even considering the mismanagement at the host stand. Pretty sure it’s obvious that when people go out to eat, they’d like to do it together? and to maybe notify guests if you can’t accommodate them!! This is not how you run a business and I’m extremely disappointed. We happily took our business elsewhere that night and ate at Bostons nearby. They had food that was far better than here for same price, plus better service and we were sat within minutes!
Always receive excellent service when we have Michelle or Sarah as our servers..........and I'm not saying that the other servers don't do an excellent job! But when we have either one of them as our server they remember what the wifey and I like!! The food is always top notch, love going to this Applebees!❤??
No service and watched every one else get service we were seated 1st we got up and walked out. We are like everyone else save money pick a restaurant eat app to dessert and leave a big tip in appreciation. We won't be back ever!
My first time at this location and the service was excellent. Thank you Paige! She refilled our beverages, kudos from my husband. The food was excellent also: my steak was a perfect medium rare! We visited mid-Sunday afternoon. I will go back to this location.
Our family met at this Applebee's location to celebrate a birthday. It was very clean, we were seated right away and a smiling waitress greeted us within a short time after we got settled, even though the restaurant was quite busy. Our orders were taken and in spite of the changes/substitutions we'd requested because of food allergy issues, everything thing came perfectly prepared, just the way we'd asked for. The food was beautifully plated, hot and delicious. Several members of our group commented that this was the best service they'd ever gotten at any of the Applebee's locations they'd ever been to and I definitely agreed with that assessment. Kudos to all the staff at that location!
You know, it's just okay. I could make better food at home but we had a gift card, so we went. Our waitress was the sweetest lady. Our table was next to a window and we were freezing the whole time. The service was good, the food was mediocre. Not bad, but not a place I care to go back to.
My Granddaughter and I love this Applebee's! We get wonderful and kind Service every time. The Chef who makes our food deserves a raise because our food is always absolutely always scrumptious and cooked perfectly! Although they are not able to claim Weight Watcher's any longer there is several Weight Watcher's Friendly Food's which is so nice! The Adult Beverages are Delicious and worth every penny too! ? Oh and did I mention what EXCEPTIONAL Chef's and Wait Staff they have! ??
