This place is an ABOMINATION!! I came here with my older cousin who recently commented on this establishment. She said that her crispy chicken sandwich was DRY! My younger sister also came with us and said that her crispy “crunchy” chicken sandwich was soggy and wet and already one your hungry employees had taken a massive chop at it. My plane Jane cheese burger should not be that difficult to screw up. As so I thought. But as it turns out you deformed animals find a way to screw up EVERYTHING! I threw up ALL OVER my moms BRAND NEW Vehicle! I am NEVER coming back to this abomination you call a successful establishment ????????????
SOO DRYYYY ??? I went here with my family. My two younger cousins were so excited to eat here since they love Wendy’s. Only to come out of there in hunger and with tears. My chicken sandwich was so dry I’d rather eat sand. One of my younger cousins ordered a burger and told me it tasted “unusual”. I forced her to eat the whole thing and she later vomited all over our car. My other cousin ordered a chicken sandwich too and it came with a bite taken out of it and with cheese. IT DOESNT EVEN COME WITH CHEESE WE NEVER ORDERED CHEESE. Anyways, 2 stars and never coming back to this abomination you call an establishment.
Gave this place one more chance but NEVER again! Cold soggy fries that cost more than mcdonalds and theirs are always hot. Could not find a clean table and no one was there but me?
Drive-thru employees were completly rude for no reason. If your going to be rude to your customers the least you can do is give them a complete and correct order.
Food was good as it should, realized later that the price they charged for my food was greater than the menu price on the display. Had no time to return to dispute the charge. Still, we would go there again.
I went to go pick up a mobile order and upon receiving my order I realized that a chicken sandwich I had ordered did not have no meat inside I was waiting curbside for the rest of my order to let them know this.When the “manager” came out to give me theRemainder of my order I explained the situation and told him if he could replace my sandwich he very rudely, said “no” that is how you ordered it and I cannot modify that. I said I must have accidentally done that but I don’t want it like that could I get another one? Then, he rudely said no that your fault not mine. For him being a manager, he has terrible customer service skills. He was very rude about the whole incident and did not make an effort to resolve the situation instead telling me it’s my fault. I didn’t catch his name since he did not have a name tag however his appearance was very unhygienic and unprofessional he had long black oily hair pass his shoulders and it was all over the place and he just seemed unkept not a good look for a “manager” or anyone in the food industry. I will never be going back to this Wendy’s due to to this terrible incident. I have called corporate many times and still haven’t got a call back. If I could rate this a 0 out of 5 I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!
Run down and not clean. The bathrooms were dirty and floor sticky. Took along time to get our food. They messed up our order and they fought me saying we got all of our food. I had them come to the table and they realized they were wrong. Wow. Won't be going back there again.
The quality of food here is the highest a fast food place can offer. Their baconator is to die for!!! And a vanilla or chocolate frosty for dessert is simply delicious!!!!
Needs more staff. Spent 15+ minutes in a line. Order was mostly correct: they forgot only 1 item. However, my girlfriend's chicken sandwich was not cooked completely through, and we had to throw away most of the sandwich. Not a great experience Wendy.
Good service. However I was disappointed in how small my breakfast sandwich was for the price. I had the maple bacon chicken. You can get more for less at most of the competition. That said it tasted okay. Potatoes were good.
