Went here for some breakfast. They have a very large waffle menu. We ordered a couple of waffles and a breakfast sandwich with our coffee drinks. The waffles were fine. A little on the sweet side. However, there were three grey hairs in my breakfast sandwich. On our way out of the restaurant, I saw two cockroaches by the entryway.Definitely will not go back and do not recommend this place.
The service was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly. The food was absolutely outstanding. I had a breakfast bowl, Lemon Pie Waffle (see photo!) and a Honey Cubano latte. This place does not break the bank in terms of price. They also sell bottles of some of the various flavor syrups, since many of them are so difficult to find.I highly recommend anyone in Burnsville looking for breakfast food give them a try! I'll certainly be back, and I plan to eat my way through the menu.
I will just come out of my shell and say it—I am NUTS about peanut butter! So how ‘bout peanut butter, whipped cream, AND butterscotch chips on one waffle? That’s some spread sorcery… Pure whipped waffle wizardry ? ??? ? Butter Beer and Peanut Butter Toffee? The Parent Trap and CinnamonRoll Blueberry BombNo surprise to see The Buzz working such magic. They don’t just elevate waffles—they press the button for the top floor and let your taste buds enjoy the ride ?Fluffy, easy to cut with a fork waffles are topped with whatever you want, no exaggeration. I’ve never seen such a creative menu at a café ? And if ya can’t decide on one, they’ll let you go halfsies and spell out two flavors! No complaints on these three, but that first peanut butter powerhouse was my favorite. Whip-softened waffle just melts in your mouth ? Every bite was uniquely euphoric, perfectly paired with a pipin’ hot coffee ☕️Gosh it’s fun to Buzz it up! Bummer that the Plymouth location has waved goodbye, but thank goodness the Burnsville one is still rollin’ out these tantalizing treats ?
Their light roast is nice and balanced-- the light chocolatey notes pair will with the bright, mild acidity. Their Reubens are pretty good too. It wasn't crowded per se when we were there, but there were a lot of tables crammed into their small dining area, so it felt a bit cramped.
Cute little find! They had vegan items on each menu and an entire separate menu for vegan waffles (20+ options!). My partner and I loved our meals. I ordered the vegan country breakfast waffle (highly recommend- I definitely couldn't finish it!)
Yummy waffles (so many to choose from!) - both savory and sweet. They also have delicious coffee drinks! Service was fast and friendly, even on a busy Sunday morning!
Staff was really nice and the drinks were done really quickly despite being busy. I got a coffee and While chocolate Almond mocha (specialty drink). Saw a lot of really good breakfast and want to come back to try them.
After years of meetings at a large local coffee chain I discovered The Buzz and have made it my go-to spot for meetings over coffee and sometimes one of their excellent food items. Staff is super friendly and engaging, the coffee is excellent, and the food items are tasty and priced right, and I love the space and atmosphere. I am glad they survived Covid and are still there. Thanks everyone at The Buzz!
The buzz is always a smash hit when recommended in my friends group for food. The amount of waffles they have on their menu for both Meat eaters and folks who eat plant-based is insane. In all of the best ways. I can’t wait to go back and eat there again.
Fast service. Fluffy yummy waffles. The owner served us and gave us a free loaf of the wild rice bread. Wow! So kind thank you !
