I have been to many different Taco Bell locations. This location has been the best by far. I will gladly go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell. My order was correct. My Gordita Crunches had a decent portion of meat and the lettuce filled the rest of the shell (like it should). The order taker was friendly and patient. The food prep even made sure to confirm if I wanted the 3 cheese blend as the extra cheese on my chili cheese burrito or the cheddar cheese that comes on it. This location earned the 5 star rating. Keep up the great work.
Went here for breakfast on a road trip, and this is easily a five star taco bell. The burritos were perfectly proportioned, and piping hot. The staff was friendly and upbeat. I wish these guys were at the taco bell close to my house!
I'm sure it has to do with the staffing shortages, but wait times have been ridiculous. There have been times where the lobby is closed and the drive thru is open. I usually did a mobile order so I waited because I already paid online. Today I think I waited for at least 20 minutes. Had I not already paid there is no way I would have waited. Food orders are usually correct through.
I get a steak Crunchwrap often and I swear there’s a gentleman that works in the morning most mornings and he makes the BEST Taco Bell I have ever had, today he was the one who gave me my food at the drive up and I shoulda told him in person but this man makes the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life!! Go Burnsville Taco Bell you guys rock!!!
May 28th 2022 around around 12:50 sum pm about to be 1 am may 29th we were ordering our food and the lady working there “manager” literally hurried us up telling us “ we were the last car of the shift” we were literally looking at the menu and I don’t think workers should be hurrying costumers like that, plus the beef on my quesadilla wasn’t even fully cooked ?very unhappy
Okay we get it, it’s fast food. But this Taco Bell location is by far the best. The employees are always very friendly. Seriously kudos to the people who work here and the management. The food I have received is always put together nicely and not messy. Seems like the ingredients they use are never “old or rotten”. I’ve done Uber Eats a few times too and they always complete your order as asked. For example if I ask for extra cheese sauce on my Crunch wrap.
I used to eat here all the time, but I've gotten tired of watching the counter staff practice their Tik-Tok dance moves while blatantly ignoring customers who are waiting in line to order. I'd rather visit the half-dozen other fast food places nearby who actually seem to want my business.
Staff is always friendly and using the mobile app expedites the process from ordering to receiving your food. Receiving app rewards for free food is great as well!
I have been coming to this Taco Bell for over 10 years and nearly every time I get some TB they ask me how I am doing and are very friendly, my order is always correct and my food is as fresh as can be. Love this location for Taco Bell!
Did a drive through and they were out of quite a few things from our order. No nacho fries which is understandable for certain locations no kickstart mtn dew, no pink lemonade and was not informed until receiving a supposed strawberry lemonade without saying so. Didnt get the order 100% right but was still good food
