I tried to call them to resolve this issue but they never answer the phone. I've tried previously when waiting in the drive thru with no response. And honestly that makes me angrier than why I called. Which is there was a 3 inch or so darker hair in my Sub. I have 2 feet of lighter colored hair I've had pony tailed. This isn't mine. The staff here are varied. There's 2 or so that seem customer friendly but I've had some strange experiences with the lot of them. Close to close one went off about getting out of there. I really like the Subway app and the drive thru however!

What's the point of putting in an online order if the person making it decides to not follow it? Maybe it they get a new staff. Didn't know my order was just a suggestion of what I wanted.
Quick and easy to get my sandwich. Everything was in stock and it was a nice clean location
Last visit was great! A couple of larger gentlemen were working, very polite and efficient. Hopefully you keep these guys around, we've had a few bad experiences at this location over the last two years.
