When I got in line, there was 1 person ahead of me. She ordered 3 sandwiches. I ordered 1. It took 25 minutes to get the 4 sandwiches made.\\nThe employees working couldn't have been more than 13 years old, with the attention span of a 3 year old. The service was TERRIBLE! 2 young girls should not be left alone to work without an adult!!\\nI will never give this particular store my business again.
We went to this location on a Wednesday evening at 8:30 and the doors were already locked. We knocked on the door since there were still 3 employees inside and one of them signaled that they were closed. Even though they close at 9pm…hmm.. Another time we were here all of the employees left the store and we were the only two people left inside..doesn’t seem like a well managed subway!
I stop at this place alot they are very nice employees and fresh food.
This Subway is terrible. The bread was not fresh. The spinach tasted rotten. The ice machine was broke , which the employees didn’t tell me until after I purchased a soft drink. The cookies were not cooked through. The store looked dirty. Dirty tables. No napkins. No employees in sight to ask or complain to. Will not be back.
Lost my order, then said they never got it, then blamed it on door dash ! Just crazy and the sub sucked !
Went in today and the store looked clean as all could be. There was a shorter girl with colored hair and she was extremely nice. She said that the store was under new management and that there will be changes! I look forward to coming here again and I reccomend others to go as well.
Their freshly baked Chocolate Chip cookies are the best! They also expanded their drink choice in the fridge when I went in today.
So I work a few stores down from this location and never had an issue until the last year (been working next to them for 3 years now) and the dude with the painted nails (don't remember his name) but he was NOT wearing gloves and reaching his grubby hands in all the containers and asked me if I had ever heard of hand washing when I called him out. Umm sir you're in the FOOD INDUSTRY during a pandemic and I watched you walk in the back room a bunch and touch your dirty sweatshirt. He clearly needs some sanitary training or leave the food industry bc that's absolutely disgusting . Threw my sandwich away when i got back to work. probably should've got a refund but i was so mad I just paid and left. DO NOT GO HERE.
