Terrible—three times in a row almost no vegetables (they always blame the morning staff) and the meats and bread look old. I was giving this location the benefit of the doubt due to COVID but I no longer believe it. Don’t spend your money here.
Consistently one of the worst Subways in the area... Always out of something and the \\\"fresh\\\" toppings look horrible... Always. The tuna looks like it sits for days out in the open and changes colors to a dark brown... The lettuce here is pink... The service is comparable to the overall food quality: displeasing. Save yourself the experience and try another location. ?
Didn't even get my order. Made the order through the app and ended up getting a text saying they were out of meatballs and asked if I wanted another sandwich or wanted a refund then I would have to come in tomorrow to talk to the manager to get a refund. I got to give credit to the subway on Nicolet Ave. They call to say they don't have what you and ask if you want a refund and give you a refund immediately.
I remember getting a footlong sub for $5 not too long ago. Now I had to pay over $12 for the same thing. I\\\"m not anxious to return anytime soon!
Nope. Asked the guy to please heat up the chicken- I asked again to confirm that he did and he said yes. Nope the chicken was ice cold. The bread tasted old and looked deflated and the sandwich fell apart. I also asked for just mayo and it was drenched in the sweet onion sauce. Dripping out. I picked at in then threw it in the trash. Blah.
Only one person working. Didn't have any meat except roast beef. Hardly any vegetables. Sandwich alone cost me 15 dollars.

Won’t be stopping here again. Third time in a row both building and google says it’s open until 9pm but they are closed at 8pm
Great sandwiches. I love their sandwiches in a spinach wrap instead of their bread because I'm diabetic and don't need all the carbs.
