Great place the manager was awesome and accommodating will come back
My husband goes here frequently and continuously gets treated extremely rude. When he tried to be nice and ask the employee what he would suggest, he said he wouldn't eat anything from subway. My husbandthen told him to have a nice day, and his response was, how? I work here. And he walked off. Food was great though. We were getting 4 foot longs for a football game. Will be changing our venue. Visited on Sunday 3rd at 11am
I don't understand why nobody here knows how to make a sandwich off of the menu. I should be able to walk in, order a sandwich off the menu and they know what goes on it.
First time I’ve been disappointed with my order. I ordered on-line through the app, however my sandwich and salad were both missing ingredients. No tomatoes on either, not sure if they were out or didn’t want to cut any more. I requested lettuce and spinach on my salad and only got spinach. In fact it was mostly a bowl of spinach, very few of the toppings I requested. My drinks were also not in the bag and I had to go back in and get them. I glad I noticed it before I left the parking lot. I should have checked my food also. I would have returned it if I would have noticed the order was wrong. I think I’ll stick to the shop on hwy 11 in the future. I’ve never had my order messed up there.
One guy was running the show so the service was very slow. He did not know how to prioritize orders, pretty inattentive and kept walking away leaving the oven door open exposing the loaves of bread.

We ordered online for pick-up at 12.45. But they only started preparing after I got there.
So I was told they don't do soup in minneapolis but in san Antonio they do. Why are the north sandwich made different than the South sandwich?
