Place seems to be busy most of the time. The staff is super friendly and will definitely correct any issues that occur.
The last few times going here they gave me a 3/4 full drink with a crazy amount of sweet cream when I ask for little. Gave it one last try today and same thing, easy drink to make nitro cold brew with a little sweet cream. Use to go here all the time and enjoyed it....
2nd time here. They said they could do online orders only. So I did it. They didn't have the choice for coffee. I added for a yellow packet of fake sugar and it was the wrong size also
They are so very awesome here and I go to Starbucks all over and this location gets my order right everytime...
Filled our drink with so much ice it was up to the lid. We poured it in a cup at home & we got about 8 oz of liquid. We ordered a venti and didn’t ask for extra ice.
Burnsville cty 42 location 1:30 pm Walk in doors locked, went and used drive thru which shut down after the third car in back of me had place their order. Web site says they are open till 9pm. This not the first time that this location has been closed when I have tried to visit during their normal hours of operation, Lakeville location also seems to have this issue. I use Starbucks and Caribou regularly and don't have this problem with Caribou, think Starbucks should see what they are doing right So as not to miss customers
Amanda was so sweet, and her customer service is a 10/10. I personally am I server and I know how tough customer service can be and I notice and appreciate when people go above and beyond. Amanda is a queen and deserves a raise. Defiantly coming back for her ! She was so wholesome <3 love to see people like her represent the company :)
Ordered coffee ahead using the app. I had intended to use the drive thru, however When I arrived, the line was the length of the small parking lot and spilled out onto the side street.I went inside to collect my coffee instead. There was only one person in line ahead of me. Wait was just 3 minutes. I explained the situation to the barista, and he immediately collected my coffee from the drive thru line up, where it was already prepped and waiting..I was out of the store in 5 minutes.Thanks to the staff for being quick and flexible to serve me.
Watery coffee, Cold!... I rather wait for Mt $7 and u make it right then getting a nasty sugar cookie latte that taste like foam and water.
Google Maps says they're open for "Dine-in," but they have a sign on the front door that says their cafe is "temporarily closed." If their staffing shortage is forcing them to close their cafe, they need to update their Google listing so people don't drive all the way here-- because nobody answers the phone anymore-- only to find out they're closed.
