Simple order, but half the staff was friendly. Asked a few question and person taking order was cranky and wasn't very helpful
The staff that works at this location are the rudest people ever. I went into the store and there were no one else in the store. I placed my order, paid, and then was told it would be 20 minutes. They are not baking the pizza!! I’m sorry but I think if you take the time to actually come into the store, you should be priority over any online orders. Just my thoughts… the entire 20 minutes I waited they were so rude to everyone that came in.
Ordered the Family Combo:Large pepperoni - barely any sauceLarge Cowboy - found long piece of hairOrdered 2 liter Root Beer - they were out.Cookie dough was good!Never again!
Both pizza's had huge bubbles when we. Baked them ughhh not very good.

Heard a ad on the radio about free pizza if you have a military ID for veterans day. Got one and they were fast and very appreciated about my service. So I thanked them for their service as well.

There are better Papa Murphy's within 5 minutes of this location.Super rude.Unwilling to correct mistakes.Only doing part of their job the whole time I waited for them to prepare a pizza.
Horrible experience! Placed an order over an hour and a half in advance for a specific timeframe. Arrived a half hour after the scheduled time to a complete mess of customers waiting just to be told it wouldn’t be ready for over another half hour. Then the manager proceeded to yell at me asking if I wanted a refund after telling her I couldn’t wait for another half hour. Will never return!
