Erica was extremely nice when I was ordering, and she didn’t make me feel embarrassed when I accidentally spilled my drink. Pleasant experience to say the least.
Ordered the chicken and wild rice soup in a bread bowl with a side of cucumber and tomatoes salad. Both were great.I used the fast order kiosk but there was staff taking orders as well. Food was made quickly. Enjoyed my meal.
Placed a rapid order on the app. Picked it up and drove away only to find out they forgot to put any dressing on my salad. Boo. :(
Went here for breakfast with my son and did some work while we ate. It was nice and quiet. Food came out relatively fast. Wish they had more plant based protiens, but they do still have some of the best coffee around.
Horrible experience today (Memorial Day of all days). An employee and a customer both were incessantly making fun of my grieving family for using the ordering tablet. I’m not going to go into what my family is experiencing right now, suffice it to say I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy what we are experiencing. Doing the dishes is an emotional experience for us right now. The two women continued to make snarky remarks about us, right in front of us as if they were completely justified in poking fun at a ‘millennial’.You. Never. Know. What. Struggle. Or. Pain. Anyone. Is. Going. Through. At. Any. Given. Moment.I’m walking out of this experience having to wince at more salt an an already open an raw wound for us.So thank you for not practicing the mantras of kindness and inclusiveness that Panera seems to tout as a Pilar in their business mode. We really appreciate that.
Yummy food, but kinda pricey. I highly recommend the unlimited drink club.
I ordered the chicken frontego sandwich and wild rice soup with a baguette. It was wonderful. We had the order to-go. The food was still hot when we arrived home. This place never disappoints.
This location seriously needs to consider how to help customers at busy hour. One counter person and one kiosk is not adequate. I would avoid this place around meal times.
Had a delivery order today. Chose a timed delivery and it arrived 30 mins early so my soup was cold by the time I got home. No big deal I can reheat that… but then I was missing part of my order and my sandwich was incorrect. I called for 2 hours without getting an answer waited until the “after dinner rush” hours still with no answer. To be perfectly honest I am more upset about how long I tried to get ahold of them with never getting an answer from even one call. Probably won’t be going to this Panera again.
ordered an iced coffee for a simple pickup order; they told me it was all self serve even though i’ve had it made for me before just fine and was able to pick up my fully made order multiple times before. what was extremely annoying was that i was sent a notification that my order was ready yet i had to yell over the counter for one of the servers to help me because they were all too busy talking in a circle while holding my unfinished order in their hand. poor customer service—she didn’t even point me to the correct self serve station either. i ended up just leaving without formally complaining because i was on a tight schedule. as a black woman—this experience felt EXTREMELY filled with micro agressions.
