Processed an order through dash via the online website. Order came in, in a timely matter but 2 of the 3 meals we ordered were incorrect. So much so that one of the meals was $15 and what I received was $8 in value. When I called the store to let them know of the mishap, the explanation i was given was that they had a 'Rush' of orders and they apologized if things were incorrect... I was then directed to door dash to file for a refund...So what you are telling me is that an incorrect order falls on the company who sends people to pick up and deliver the orders and not the company that actually makes them...way to point the finger there....good job noodles and co...never again...
Me and my partner got food poisoning from this location the other day. We’ve both been absolutely sick and have had to miss work. I’d suggest choosing another restaurant if you’re going out to eat or at least a different location.
These motherfu*kers DONT miss, I come here all the time I work super close and the food is ALWAYS spectacularly delicious, the employees ??? Don’t even get me started. THE BEST noodles and co I’ve EVER been too they will never disappoint
Used door dash for a pick up order. They were fast. Mac and cheese was wonderful but the pot stickers are where they lose a star. They were poorly cooked and not a good taste.
The place has gone downhill lately. The patio and dining room had garbage all over the tables and bags on the floors. Hasnt been swept or cleaned in a while. I think a food inspector would definately shut them down if they came in.I'm usually a great reviewer but this place was very nasty.
Well I tried as hard as I can and after letting a couple people try it weve come to the conclusion our food was inedible tonight, chewy like rubber and impossible to swallow. Extremely over cooked and not well prepared, ive had much better noodles visits but this one tops the worst.
Took around 1hr to get our food probably due to lack of staff working but the staff were very polite about the situation and we understood why it was taking long. food was great
Order was not made remotely how I requested it online, overcooked noodles and long wait. Never again
We are regular visitors, once a month or so, and generally for take out. I tried one of their new gnocchi dishes...excellent. We usually order the meal in order to balance the entree with a salad and beverage. Prices are inching up but Noodles remains a great value. And, in our experience, they continue to hire well with friendly, helpful staff.
