Apparently the drive through closes the second you drive up to it. Website says drive through closes 1am but lights and screen shut off the second you pull up and it’s only 12:04
The selling point of McDonald’s is consistency. I’ve only been here twice so I can’t really vouch that hard, but they’ve managed to get my order right both times despite busy lines at night and me ordering online with special instructions. That being said their service is more or less bare minimum, they don’t speak unless they need to. From the looks of the other reviews though, seems pretty damn hit or miss.
I tried calling the restaurant to confirm that my order was still being made and as soon as I started talking, the person on the phone just hung up without saying anything, I will say McDonald's food can be great but thier employees aren't polite at all.
Train your staff. I don't think you could have possibly screwed up our order anymore than you did. I ordered three identical meals, how could I have made that any easier?
It's McDonald's - I have only been through the drive thru to pick stuff up, I have never been inside. I have had mixed results with getting our order correctly and timely - Either we get everything right and it comes out slowly, or we end up missing something (sauce for nuggets/straws/wrong sandwich) but the drive thru is pretty speedy.
This McDonalds has really sketchy service, which isn't the norm for Micky D's. Which, I eat a lot of, more than I should. Was there on a Saturday morning ordered my usual and the drive through, McGriddle with no meat and a coffee. I got a biscuit with no meat, which was ok and a coffee with cream and sugar.Drove around, went in, and asked for a coffee. The woman in charge told me that if I wanted a black coffee I should have ordered a black coffee, when one orders a coffee, it's expected that it comes with cream and sugar. I' don't know of she was shilling for the dairy industry and big sugar or maybe from a place where ordering adulterated coffee is the norm but you know.. I asked for a black coffee and she obliged, but not before giving me one last little lesson in proper coffee ordering etiquette on her home world. I don't know, I 've been asked around and I can't find one person who knows about the Cream and Sugar rule.Even worse, a shift manager who's willing to stand up to patrons to enforce said rule. There are other McDonalds where I know the rules are different. I'll go there from now on.
I pulled up to the window at 10:35 and tried to order some chicken nuggets. The woman taking the order couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder, the minute I did so I got yelled at because they “don’t sell lunch until 10:30”. Hello? It was 10:35. Never coming back to this location.
Ordered a sausage mcmuffin got a ham with egg they even asked me at the window when I paid and on my receipt says sausage mcmuffin
If you are using the McDonalds app, avoids this place, they dont know how to process an online order that was already paid for.Ordered drink and fries through the McDonalds app as we have done many times prior, paid for the order, got a drive through code, pulled up the window, the lady said that we didn’t pay for the order, we explained yes we did, that’s the only way you get the order code, we even pulled up our bank statement saying the money was withdrawn. The lady kept arguing saying we didn’t, and she called another lady, she said the same thing, we didn’t pay. We ended up canceling the order, and drove to another McDonalds 10 minutes away, we used the app the same way, they did not have any issue processing the order. Please do a better job training your employees, they were very rude and dint care to listen.
Average McDonald’s. Food was correct. The drive thru was amazingly long. It took a long time to get through.
