Where do I start... This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Little Caesars pizza. I ordered my pizza online at 5:15 PM. The app stated my pizza would be ready at 5:59 PM. I get there at 5:59 PM, mind you, it’s really hot outside, 95°. I am then told that my order will take 20 more minutes. Already irritated about the situation I proceed to wait. 20 minutes was not what it took, rather took another 40 minutes. The lady at the front desk was so unprofessional , kept going to the back to use her phone, locking the door so nobody else could come in the door and telling them to come back in an hour. I’m sorry, but Little Caesars, get your act together or Pizza Hut and Domino’s is going to take you out. You could really use better management. Oh yeah and on top of that I didn’t even get everything I ordered. Very likely will never go back. I’d rather go to Pizza Hut pay more and get my order on time and everything I ordered.
The point of Little Caesar’s has always been that it’s always “Hot and Ready”. This location never has pizza ready. Even if you order online, the time the make you wait in the lobby just to pick up your order is pathetic. I’m currently standing here with three other people waiting on their online orders and have seen them turn away countless others saying the current wait is an hour. At this speed, there is no reason to go here. Save yourself the hassle and get a better experience anywhere else.
I just want to give a shout out to Burnsville Little Ceasers. Today, my girlfriend and I were much too tired, and hungry to admit, and humility is something I would never have admitted accepted as a personal strength, or ever be able to be proud of myself, for having displayed this in my life.Today We are full of gratitude, stomach's content, bodies rejuvenated, and heads held high. Thanks you God for your presence in, and allowing for change within myself, progress moving towards a better self.
Awful location. Loud music playing with vulgar language, not familt friendly so don't go into the store with kids. We constantly get rude service. Today my deep dish mushroom pizza came half raw. We only noticed when we got home that the mushrooms we etent cooked and the dough was raw as well.
If I could give this location a 0 star I would. My husband ordered on line. And of course pizzas were still doughy, crazy bread was really hard, and they gave us the wrong pizza. So I brought back the pizza that was wrong. Witnessed one guy touch his hair and then touch people's pizzas. Brought it up to the manager. He then asked of I wanted him to remake the pizza. Like I don't know about every one but I have worked in fast food and it's never been okay to touch their hair with out washing their hands right after.
Super good! We had "the mostest" pepperoni and stuffed cheese sticks. Wish there was more then 3 bread sticks, but at any rate they were still delicious. The young girl behind the counter was friendly.
Mmmm super delicious ?
This was the worst batman pizza ever. It was terrible.
Limited time & money for lunch breaks, so I order the $5 lunch online for pickup at 1pm. Arrive at 1:04, pizza not in portal, nobody up front. So I grab my soda and hear an employee on his phone in back, I wait … see another employee in the way back, he pretends to not see me, I wait … couple minutes go by and nothing. So I say hello? No answer, open the door so it dings again, nothing happens… now if I wouldn’t have paid online I would’ve left way before. I knock on the counter loudly, guy finally comes up front and hands me a pizza, doesn’t say sorry or thanks. Get back to work and the pizza is cold and nasty. What a terrible experience and a complete waste of a lunch break. Hot & ready? Cold and rubbery should be the motto.
We stopped at 11:30 to pick up the lunch special today that just started at 11:00. I was told that they didn’t have any. I asked how long to wait and was told they were out for the day. Hmmm I am a little confused as the special just stayed at 11 and goes until 2.
