Two stars because they were pretty friendly. Ordered noodles and 2 chicken items. Noodles were ok but the chicken was cold and mushy. Leeann would be so disappointed. At 1:30 it should be fresher. I rarely write reviews. Only when it's very good or very bad.
Would rather drink garbage water than eat at this place again. Went to return it and the lady working offered to replace it with more nasty food!? Told her to keep it and walked out. Waste of time and money going here! Yuck!?
I was call a lair just because I went back to get my food that I paid and they didn’t put in my bag the manager say I was trying to get free food she call me a lair and some things else I said fine keep it I won’t come back here to spend my money and she say I don’t care!!
I just got food here and the rice was literally CRUNCHY. I also got orange chicken it was chewy, i could only eat one bite it was that bad. This was the absolute worst lee Ann chin I’ve ever been to. If I could give - 0 starts i would. Do better.
This is my favorite leeann chin location in the metro, I always stop when I am in town. The staff is always lovely even when they’re busy and can’t help you right away. Appreciate that they are still wearing masks too!
Walked in to two ladies working. One walks away and the other ignores my mother and I. We then ask for our pickup order and then get handed a completely melted bag. Woman’s attitude was horrible and she didn’t even give us all of our food and drinks

Yall Having the drivers fill the drinks for UberEats. We only get $2.50 to pick up and deliver the order and you pay your employees $10/hr plus benefits.
The food was wonderful & the restaurant was nice and clean. That alone i give 5 stars for but…The gal up front (Diana - she looked young) serving us had the worst customer service. She is not customer orientated nor should she be in close contacts with customers. When a customer asks which entrees are hot versus not be engaged with your customer. If I have additional add ons deciding on appetizers don’t get frustrated. There was only one person behind me so I couldn’t see why she would act how she did. Anyway, if I return it would be for takeout only!
I ate at the Leeann Chin in Burnsville. Manager, Diana screamed at the new worker for not using the correct container for my order and threw the food away that had already been dished. Diana was being unsanitary with attempting to touch my food after just mopping the floor and not washing her hands.The food was lukewarm and Diana was very unprofessional. I will NOT return back to this location!
