Been waiting 45 min for my sandwich. Not freaky fast at all. Also, don’t customize your sandwich if it costs extra money cuz you won’t get what you added on it. Never lost so much money trying to each lunch. Sorry, but not sorry. This is the last time I’m ordering from this location period.
Seems like based on their store hours would be the perfect job. M-F 10:30 to 3 with weekends off!
Ordered in the past sandwiches are really tasty. Recently ordered and was a lot less than expected seemed they forgot to put the oil or something on it that really makes the taste but pop out so braces seem to eat creeping higher and higher although the meeting someone we’re good bread was excellent I just felt like something slipping in the quality
Ordered a medium dr.pepper with no ice with my sandwich, got a 3/4 full diet coke with ice and no straw. 3rd time I've ordered a drink from this store and it hasn't been full, and countless times getting ice with it after asking specifically for no ice.

Poorly run store. Not quick. Staff seems dazed and out of it. Visible food mess behind the slicer. I used to be a manager at a Jimmy Johns and this type of execution would never fly.
My "sandwich" was smaller than my child's half sandwich.... and so I ordered again. And then I ordered again. 20 minutes pass and he still forgets my drink. I called the store and they were unprofessional about all of it.
Shouldn't take 25 minutes to get to my house when I live 1 mile away. I used to work at jimmy johns. Orders should be out the door in less then 5 minutes.
This is the third time I’ve ordered from this location and my order has taken over an hour to deliver. Unfortunately I will not placing another order from the store and will think twice about ordering from Jimmy John’s in the future.
I live less then a mile away and still have not gotten my food called the location the person didn't even ask for my name just told me I was going to be the last delivery which makes no sense when I am 5 minutes away
