I order a sub, cookie, and chips. It took almost an hour and half to get there. The sandwich was soaked with oil and vinegar. I had not asked for extra either. While eating my first half of my sandwich I found a hair. A blonde medium length hair. I was so sick I threw up then threw it all away. I just kept thinking if they don’t cover their hair. Then what else like no gloves or washing hands. I will never go back to this Jimmy Johns or any other. Last hair in my mouth forever unless it’s my own.

Yeah, love me some Jimmy John's. But like other reviews I see at this store, they do not pay much attention to special requests (even when you pay more for them). They missed my added avocado spread more than three times. Small issue, but it adds up...
Their food is good, but they don't pay a whole lot of attention to requests. My co worker and I order lunch pretty frequently and the last three times IN A ROW, our orders were messed up. One time they forgot the second sandwich completely and the time before that my coworker asked for no onions (she's allergic to them) and her wrap was stuffed with onions. Thankfully she thought to check before she started eating it. When she called the store to let them know, they just denied putting onions in it. Attention to detail is important. But they don't seem to think so. Needs work.
They have used day old bread the last 2 times I've gone here. They is an audible crunch when eating these sandwiches because how stale the bread is. Not to mention the guy at the resgister was eating food while taking my order. Do NOT go to this Jimmy John's if you want a halfway decent sandwich.
Freaky fast is freaking slow. 15m wait time for an in store order. Skip this location.
Stay away, they’re always slow, I’m 3 minutes away and always takes 40-45 minutes for the order !!!
Terrible service for delivery and pickup. I got one delivery order after more than an hour. Driver had delivered it to the wrong house. My drink was dropped on the ground and they didn’t replace it. Pickup order took 20 minutes. Employees are consistently rude.
I order all the time today they forgot half of my food on delivery and no one will answer the phone been calling for a hour nice to pay for your lunches at work n not even get it but they got my money
