Don't order the orange juice. Pancake House is always good choice. You need to make reservations, but the food is always good there at The Pancake House. If you need quick fix and have time to spare I Hop is ok.

Busy but staff was attentive and quick. Food was good too! Tip the staff well, they work hard.

Haven’t been here in awhile. We were in at around 3 p.m. Service was great and prompt. Food was delicious! The breakfast looked just like the pictures.

Horrid service. Took forever to get our food. Ordered the BBQ mac and cheese sandwich it had no BBQ sauce. My mother in law ordered the all you can eat pancakes and she never got her second plate.

The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Our breakfast was very good and the portions generous. The only thing I would change is to serve the syrup in a small pitcher like in other restaurants.

As with many large chain restaurants, you really compare with the other IHOPS. This IHOP was clean as a whistle on Saturday morning when we visited. The service was excellent and fast. The food was like any pancake house; not a premium restaurant. We found it good, but not exceptional. The restaurant is located on County Road 42 on the north side, a very easy sojourn from Interstate 35W. The prices were good on the food itself, but we found coffee at $3.25 and orange juice at $4.25 to be excessive. Let’s face it, that’s their money maker. We loved the place for a quick bite and it’s a quick on/off if you are approaching from Southern Minnesota.

Server was quite good, food was as it should be. Syrup in little pre portioned containers seems like it would be labor intensive, wasteful of containers and a bit annoying for a customer. I know we can ask for more and it is probably a Covid-19 measure, but it is definitely obnoxious.

We got here and had to wait roughly 7 minutes to get a table, however it was busy so that is fine. We had to wait 9 more minutes to get a waiter, while 3 employees were just standing next to the doors talking to each other, laughing with each other. So roughly 16 minutes just to get our waiter. Once we ordered our stuff, we got our drinks roughly 17 minutes later, and the food was fine. Overall, 3/5. I don't really care about the time as the waiter was fine and the food was fine.

Arrived at 9am. There was no heat, which they didn't bother to tell us before seating. Waiting for over 5 min and no waitress approached us to even get a drink. There were only 4 groups of people with 2 waitresses and they still couldn't be bothered to approach our table. Terrible service.

I ordered from the wrong ihop so I was trying to call the Burnsville one to let them know I was on the way. Phone was busy and could not get a hold of them. Very frustrating. Now I’m going to get cold food.
