The most authentic Mexican food I’ve had since I left Texas. The price is right, too. This place is the bomb.

I go here regularly because they have great food, but 30% of the time they mess up the order or flat out forget things. I've been going since it opened and it's a pretty regular occurrence that they mess something up. So be very clear when ordering and triple check everything, because there's a good chance your order won't be right.

The food is delicious and the service is fast. Bring your appetite, the portions are huge.

My order says togo but it took about 30 mins for me to get my tacos so I decided to sit and eat there. Because it was taking so long they gave me a complementary drink without me having said anything about the wait. The staff seemed very nice and willing to compensate for wasted time. I would have given 5 stars if not for the wait, next time I go back I will be sure to uodate my review hoping to give them the 5 stars I think they are actually worth. Keep up the great job! I'll definitely be back!

I'm giving 1 star, because the salsa de arbol was pretty good & actually spicy. But honestly it stops there, the rice and beans were flavorless & my quesadilla was very soggy because of all the oil. Also the woman at the cash register was very rude. I don't see them being around for much longer.

Fresh and tasty food. I'd pass on the steak street tacos next time and go with the chicken. The corn is so good!

Food is good. But customer service is horrible today was my last day coming to spend my money with them rude people. They do not care about there customers as long as you pay for there expensive mediocre food that you can get 10x better from south Minneapolis. The female that’s at the register with a lot of make up is rude and disrespectful blame her for losing a customer.

El Super Taco is truly a hidden gem of the Twin Cities. Located in Burnsville, this place has some of the best dishes I've had in a long time, especially for someone who is not usually a fan of Mexican cuisine. However, my significant other brought me in to try it, and I was extremely surprised. Their elote is the best, and they're ONE of very few places that keep it on the cob! The entire crew is great at working fast, and keeping the store clean! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap yet filling bite in the Southern Twin Cities.

Seriously good food and good people. When ever I share El Super Taco with friends and family they are instantly hooked! Try the Steak (asada) tostadas or tostadas de tinga. **Its a must-have**

Good place to stop by for a little snack. You don't have to purchase a $8 item, they start at $2.75. Authentic Mexican food !
