I called to place an order and a very young child answered the phone with a "hi". I thought I called the wrong number. He put me on hold for 5 minutes. I called again and got a busy signal. The little boy called me back and said "what do you want?"Definitely not age appropriate work. I didn't place an order, as others said ordering through this child often gets the items wrong or not at all.
Amy was amazing and helped so much with our delivery order..personal call back for help and great food and great service...best around!
Today i went to Eddie Cheng and I ordered lo mein noodles and shrimp fried rice and cheese puffs once i got in their it smelled so good. and service was really good. and they made it really quick i will come back weekly
This place was so great and delicious my family and i ordered combo platters hot and spicy beef lo mein noodles general t,so chicken and orange chicken and it was so good and the lady who helped me was so nice i will definitely come back again
Was a long time customer until our most recent and last order. Trust the other reviews and DO NOT support this restaurant. We placed an online order and a few minutes after the order was placed, I received an email from the restaurant via the online ordering system that said "Go to Hell". I called the restaurant and they denied it but I have the proof. Luckily they did cancel our order. Not sure how you can run a business treating customers this way but unacceptable to say the least.
Food is good, but ordering is very difficult. I had to ask things to be repeated 5+ times. My wife is better at understanding thick accents so we lucked out, but I couldn't for the life of me decipher what they said over the phone.
Is this how you treat your customers? This is absolutely horrible and happened to a loved one. My family won’t ever be coming here again.

Was a loyal customer until now . The little boy that takes orders has always been rude but I usually overlooked it. Today was the last time I will ever order from them. He messed my whole order up which was $76 and told me there was nothing they could do for me!!! I asked to speak with the manager and it was him translating. They offered me a 20 dollar credit! Please keep your money but you just lost a loyal customer!!
