I love Dickey’s. Food was great, had the brisket plate with creamed spinach and green beans. Both excellent sides. They seemed understaffed, but man, those guys work hard! They were fast and had great customer service.
This place was delicious! They were training new Crew and they let me know that but I really appreciated the Customer Service focus! Food was great and I will have to come back and try the brisket and mac n cheese.
I would like to upgrade my review but unfortunately I've stopped in 4 times in the past 2 months and all 4 times the pop was nearly flat with no flavor for almost 4 dollars you should get a refreshing drink not the case here I have also mentioned it to an employee they said they would check it. Also the mens bathroom was out of handsoap and the dispenser was broken. My brisket sandwich was pretty good but very light on brisket more bread than anything. I think I'll have to take a break for now, way overpriced I'd like to see this Dickeys step up there game a notch.
Found the older, plump, brown (dyed) hair woman to be very rude. Used a coupon, she apparently didn't like that. Rude about available options and it seemed clear that she didn't appreciate our business. Food was pretty good but dealing with rude employees is enough for me to skip this place.
Food is tasty but the ribs were cold even though we dined in. I think they pull the ribs out of the fridge and just pour sauce on it. The chicken wings were hot. Also they sell soda in one size cup and the soda is $3.35. The cups are reusable but since I was traveling through the area I didn't need a reusable cup. The staff and service is fast but it would be nice if the ribs could be heated first.
Cool place to grab a bite to eat. The variety is impressive. It's definitely a step above fast food places. It's a break from the chemical filled burgers that probably never grazed or produced milk.
Ordered online for a pickup last night and they got our order wrong. We ordered sliced brisket and we got chopped brisket with no sauce. All of the meat we ordered didn't have any of the sauces we selected.The ribs had barely any meat on it; pulled pork and chopped brisket was dry and tasted more like stewed meat instead of smoked meat.Giving this a two star review because the fried okra and polish sausages were delicious.Thought we try out this place since it's close to home, but we will look elsewhere for smoked meat.UPDATE: Still no call from the manager, 5 days after they responded to my review.
Extremely disappointed thats during this pandemic time I feel that I totally wasted 32.50$ on a Meal . First off I asked the workers preparing my food details about the food and the only response was ITS REALLY GOOD , oh yes THATS THE BEST. After I opened my plate and tasted everything it was highly unsatisfiable . The only thing I enjoyed was the pecan pie. I will never eat here again and recommend that if you read reviews you don’t either . GO HOME AND COOK ITLL BE 10times better . I feel so played I want my money back ! But this is American so my lost . They definitely won’t get any more service from me or from those I know.Update to owners response- Actually you cannot see the food being prepared over the counter just you guys looking back at me , I never said anything about preparation but that the BBQ IS LOW QUALITY HORRIBLE AND UNSATISFIABLE , was not worth the 32.50$ I Spent and I would not recommend anyone who enjoys authentic BBQ to eat here. Just by your response Shows how much lack of care you have for your customers . GUYS DONT EAT HERE .
I love coming to dickeys for lunch. They have such a cute little store with a patio for when the weather is nice. The manager is a delight and the food is always great. Bonus points because the kids love it.
Since Covid-19 started. All restaurants quality of food and service has declined. Paid $40.00+ for 2- 2 meat plates, and the meat was cold. Had for fat than normal. And no ice in the beverage machine dispenser.I would not eat here again. And why have so many Dickies closed?
