The chicken basket with fried chicken was okay, the breading is very thick. The blizzard that I ordered was partially melted. The customer service was excellent though???
Worst drive through experience ever. Didn’t even leave with food. Guy handling the drive through mega phone complained about me upsizing my order to large. Close this scrub factory down.
I see other reviews that seen nothing more than just older people complaining that young adults work here. I’ve never had a bass experience here so far. Actually a couple weeks ago when I got a burger and fries they were the crispiest fries I’ve ever had (which is a good thing.) keep up the good work ?
Horrible customer service and $3.29 for a small ice cream cone! PASS! Robbery! And The older gentleman yelling in the background that we were holding up the line because we asked for a receipt and they were having A difficult time providing it to us. RUDE! Poor kids that have to work with that horrible guy.. Shame! Go to a different location or save your money all together. If I could do negative stars I would!
Not a fan of this DairyQueen. I rarely have a good time is coming here. The last time I was here about a month ago I got my son an ice cream cone and inside of the ice cream cone underneath the ice cream was paper. My son was chewing on paper . Sickening .That is so disgusting and Unsanitary. Sometimes when I go through drive-through at night the workers would be messing around and swearing out loud and just very unprofessional. There would also be times where I would order a small of something and they would charge me for a large and give me a large. they just say sorry But not my money back. This is the most convenient DQ and we are always visiting dairy queen I am hoping they step their game up a little bit So we can continue to come here
Youngs kids working there. No gloves when dealing with foods. I stood by the drive through window waiting for food I saw that they drop m&m topping spoon and picked it back up and used it without getting another one. When I asked them to make a fresh one they stated they did not have time. These kids think they can talk to people however they want, cuss at customers and get away with it. The manager is disrespectful. They need to hire more professional people especially when your in the customer service world. I did not get apology or my refund back. I left my stuff there and WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANOTHER DQ AGAIN! I'm sure they constantly have bad review's so what's one more!
This is the first time ive ever actually taken the time to wright a review about anything. This is hands down the worst dairy queen in Minnesota no doubt about it. Chicken basket got me super sick so i told myself id never go back to get food but id go back for the ice cream , so here i am going back to get a blizzard and its half melted and they didnt hand me a lid so some of it spilt in my car on the way home and on top of that its an just a regular oreo blizzard and not the new mud pie one that I ordered. Hire some new managers that actually care and can train in new people correctly and get rid of your old beat up equipment.
Gal at the drive through charged me for lg Sierra Mist when I asked for a water- asked about pricing that was way too high and got attitude. I waited at the window to ask for a receipt for quite a while because she obviously didn’t want to talk w me about it. A sm bev and a med blizzard isn’t $18… I had to go in the store to get the refund for my $4 water. Gal at the cash register was nice.
Best ice cream cakes for sure! Staff is always happy to write on them with icing if needed.
Ordered 2 blizzards, forgot toppings/barely added any. Just a cup of ice cream for 8.00 lol what a joke
