Quick service. Tasty food, and the flavored water is delicious. The restaurant was a bit dirty.
Literally ALL of the barbacoa in both the bowl and the burrito I ordered was just several large chunks of fat with barely any meat on them. Disgusting. Chipotle has fallen so so far. They've messed up so many times at so many locations it might be better to just give up on them all together.
Ordered online a burrito bowl and received the skimpiest amount of food. The Barbacoa was all fat, the chips were super stale, the guac was oxidized and had two stickers in it. Too many things wrong with this order…
My workplace often orders from here. There's about 15 of us. We normally haven't had a problem, but the last two times have been bad. Our orders are mislabeled, food is missing, food is added that wasn't requested, the box that the orders came in was soggy, etc. The portions are always so slim. It's as if because we're not standing there watching them make the food they feel the need to put as little amount of food as possible. Very frustrating and likely will stop ordering from here.
Wednesday 2:30pm June 8thI thought I had a one off interaction with this location but looks like I was wrong. Wasn't greated nor even a thank you. All three ladies at the counter have attitudes. No smiles nothing. My bowl was barely full. If this was my restaurant and there wasn't a worker shortage these ladies would have been put on notice.. I will not be returning but I will let other know this is not the experience you want from a chipotle.
Don't have an online order system with specified pick up times if you're going to make people wait 30+ minutes past their pick up time.
Ordered online 15 mins late and 10 people waiting but no line… would have been better to not call ahead, but wait can’t get quesadillas for the kid w/o online ordering….Blurred feet photos to not offend the people waiting with me.
I ordered two different bowls on the app online, instead of two different bowls I received two of the same orders . I did not receive my double steak, and my guacamole which I was charged extra for.Also the rice was hard and maybe even uncooked. The labels on the bowl said steak but inside was chicken and a completely different order.
Usually they struggle to wrap a burrito. They barely put anything into it. Half the rice, beans a meat they normally do. I called them out for it and they just shrugged. I'm not done going to Chipotle but I'm done going to this one for sure. Their 3.5 rating is there for a good reason and deserves much lower.
Unprofessional cashier they don't give the right change. You go back give them the receipt and phone number. After driving all the way back to the location bc they don't answer their phone. Then they never contact you back bc you are just a powerless customer. Count your change if Ana thieving behind is at the register. Never eating chipotle again. Thieves
