Chilis is one of the few chain restaurants that I look forward to. This location is not a place I'd go to again. From the chicken on my salad tasting like fish (nobody else's did) to some fuzzy string stuff on a plate, the restrooms need to be deep cleaned, and the restaurant could use detailed cleaning overall. Kind of rundown building vibes. Our server was efficient not overly friendly. But we all have those blah days so excusable.
Our server was Tony and he was AWESOME! Very pleasant and attentive and we had some great conversations with him. The food was excellent! My husband had the chicken bacon quesadilla and I had the boneless chicken wings appetizer. I would recommend highly!
Mediocre food and service... not worth $14 dollars a burger let alone the steaks. Atmosphere was boring...the bar area is smaller than the bathroom feels confined... not worth the money for what you get. If prices are going to be high then the Atmosphere must reflect that. Boring.....!!!
Chili's grill & Bar in Burnsville Minnesota is a comfort staple after a long day at work. Although the food quality has gone down some since the pandemic and the subsequent recovery that is occurring the service is still good and you can't go wrong with good old-fashioned chips guac and salsa. My go-to is the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla but I'm also a fan of their chicken strips and their fajitas. They have good meal deals for singles or for doubles that typically include a beverage and app and an entree. Good for a lunch or meeting up with friends but definitely a casual space.
My name is Paul. I went to chilis in Burnsville . I decided to try the new grilled chicken Sandwich . I didn’t care for it at all.it was very large in size. But taste is just missing something . Wish I had ordered something else I could enjoy . Waiter was kind of abrupt and asked every other table but mine if everything was fine and I’m just not a out going person to say much , but friend told me to post here .
Chicken fajitas were delicious. Service was fast and didn’t have to wait long. Very filling lunch and not expensive for 2 people.
Great value on pick three for $10.99. Waiter was friendly and very accommodating! Food was served hot and delicious.

I received a gift card from a friend and my husband and I decided to go. The food and drinks were good, had to wait a bit to be seated because of covid and them spacing everyone out, but overall nice atmosphere, clean and good food. Waitress real nice.
I was just racially profiled at one of your locations in Burnsville, Minnesota. They manager was absolutely rude and racist, and he needs to be fired. I am a black women, and while waiting for a table, I went to the bathroom, and when leaving an employee was staring at me, then minutes later the manager approached me very hostility and disrespectfully about smoking in the bathroom. Instead of simplifying asking me, and he accused me and then proceeded to call someone until he made me and my friends uncomfortable, and we left. This was absolutely unacceptable and he needs to be fired.
