This Caribou has the kindest people you’ll meet to start, or finish, your day. Every time I’m there I see them treat everyone with a familiar sort of compassion, whether it’s your first time or 101st time there. It may be a coffee chain but it has a warmer local vibe. I love when I’m nearby and get to stop in, leaving with coffee in my hand and a smile on my face :)
My favorite Caribou location, always clean, calm, and the staff are super friendly. There is some nice outdoor seating and a nice bread store just through an open doorI've noticed that the tastes of drinks change slightly from location to location, so keep that in mind!My favorite drink is the matcha latte on oat milk.
Every time I come to this location I’m disappointed. Last week I came to this location with my puppy in the car since it claims that it has a drive through. I drove around the location twice, and ended up having to drive to a different caribou that ACTUALLY has a drive through and indicated on google that there is not a drive through option at this location. I see that still hasn’t been updated. Today I went and ordered a hot press. The barista asked me if i wanted a crafted press, I asked if they are the same thing? She said yes so I agreed and she put the order in. When I got home I immediately realized that the crafted press is NOT the same thing at all as the hot press. I almost wanted to go back and ask for the correct drink but the workers are so unfriendly that I don’t think I’ll ever go to this location again. Guess I shouldn’t have trusted that the baristas working there would actually know the menu well enough to know what I was ordering.

I love the caribou experience I get every time. The staff is super nice and attentive. Drinks are the most consistent in taste here. Overall the best caribou in Minnesota.
They first forgot my 5th drink, on my hot chocolates added whip cream when I said no whip cream. Did not offer to remake just looked at me and said "well all three have whip cream". Well all three should have not had whip cream.And finally asked me, as I was standing alone, if I would like a drink carrier. Um yes they are all to-go.
To start off I should say I love caribou but this location makes me never want to get it again. I tried giving this location two try’s the first time I went in for just a plain iced coffee what I received was a blended something the worst part about it was I ordered an extra large and half of the cup was just foam. The second time I had for ordered two beverages both of them had something messed up too. The first time the staff were nice second time staff didn’t want to take my order and we’re doing the bare minimum they seem very unhappy for me even ordering. I’ll continue to get Caribou but never this location.
It’s always pretty quick service whenever I come here and it’s products are decent like all Caribous. It’s connected to a bakery which is pretty good too.
It's a Caribou. They are pretty much the same. This one is a little unique, because it is attached to a bakery. I did not give it 5 stars because the tables and chairs were heater shelter around and not very tidy. Possibly a lack of employees.
