We took our grandchildren here for a meal, to be followed by some time in the play room. Before making the 15 minute drive, we checked a month -old review for the location which said the play room had been open.Next, I called the restaurant number to verify this information. However, two separate calls were not answered, & after multiple rings each call was disconnected at the restaurant.We decided to go, but on arrival found the following sign.
The burger was sloppily made. Mozzarella sticks overcooked. The employees have been given a much better wage and the prices have reflected that, consumers should expect better quality of food as a result. If the food is prepared properly like in other locations I enjoy BKs food, this location needs to tighten up.
As far as fast food goes, this Burger King provides good service in a clean restaurant. They have an updated interior with good seating and a large play area for kids. Even the bathrooms were modern and clean.I used an offer on the app and the man taking my order even switched out the fries for onion rings upon request.
I said I. Wanted off the 2 for 5 menu I ordered a. Quarter pound king and a double king the girls taking orders said the bill was over 10:50 she says to me that the double King wasn't on the 2 for $5 menu I had to get out of the car which I'm kind of banged up it's hard to do go back take a picture of the sign drive up and show her the sign that said two for five this is totally uncalled for especially when I said I was on the 2 for 5 menu. I like the food at Burger King I like the flame broil Whoppers I also do not like mayonnaise and I told her no mayonnaise but yet the double King had mayonnaise on it I had to throw the top of the bun out cuz I do not eat
Lunchtime...burgers were room temperature, fries ? cold and oversalted. Dining room dirty/ sticky pop was spilled on tables and flooring and before we left, I told a guy on duty about it and he said: it will get cleaned later in the day. -I couldn't believe how bad it has gotten there!!!Will Never go back to that burger King.
Went in and stood there for a few minutes (I was the only customer in line at that point) and saw and what appeared to be the manager take a personal phone call up front. He then proceeded to take my order while taking that phone call. The following day my co worker went to grab some lunch and returned without the chicken fries that he ordered for me. Didnt even go back, because why at that point. I refuse to go to any burger king ever again.
Most important, fries were perfectly salted. Dining room is open. Food was hot and well made. Employees were friendly. Environment felt clean.
Went inside to grab a quick bite. Haven’t eaten at a Burger King for years. I was pleasantly surprised. Of course it is fast food and probably not the best for you but what the heck, a little splurge creates a diverse palate—lol.It was clean and and quick. Just what I was looking for. Had the Big King which was good but big—??????? Not quite big, more like junior they should of called it the prince burger. Fries where tasty, better than what I remember. Oh, they also have the new soda machine that lets you select all kinds of flavor options. I will probably return my next fast food craving. ?
On a two day trip, we stopped at BK for lunch. The place was clean, service was fast and the food was good. My wife and I enjoyed the whopper Jr. meal with water.
Employees don’t care and seem like they don’t want to be there. Had no idea what I ordered in the drive-thru, the manager seemed annoyed at the the employees and did apologize to me about the order. After I got my food it was cold and there was no sauce. Not as bad as some but highly doubt I will go back to this one. Second time this happened but I was hoping the first time was a fluke.
