Tradition is overrated. With special sauce, pickles, and sesame seeds, The Happiest Meal is absolutely perfect.
Our first visit to Bricksworth. It is a large pizzeria and brewery. We only tried two of the beers they had on tap and two different pizzas. We found the mandatory volunteer NEIPA likeable. However, the Resort Fees sour we tried tasted like they brewed a basic sour and dump fruit juice flavoring in it. It was barely drinkable. It was so thick. We also tried Box logo and ELOTE pizzas. The Box logo had little too many toppings to make it great but we found the ELOTE pizza surprising good and would probably order it again. Patio appeared to be dog friendly. We will definitely visit them again this summer to sample more beer and pizzas.
Amazing beers and fantastic Detroit style pizza. I live an hour and a half away, but plan to go back whenever we head to Minneapolis. It's only 10 minutes from Eagan Outlet Mall and not far from Mall of America area either. Wait staff was very attentive and quick. We had most of the beers currently on tap and loved them all. Very much like Blackstack; high quality and delicious with a good range of styles.
Went to Bricksworth tonight for the first time for my birthday dinner, and it was nothing short amazing! Right away the ambiance of the room kind of takes you away after you park in a corporate campus parking lot. Wide open spaces with oversized tables, vintage couches and minimalist designs with live plants and a great backbar lumber concept. The Detroit style pizza will surprise you and there are many variations (go with the Cheeseburger Pizza if you’re into that, picture attached). The beer selection had something for everyone and you can taste the attention to detail and passion with every sip. Our server was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about the food and beer. When asked about the ownership he told us they’re like family and really take care of their own - these are good people who value their employees. Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner experience and I can’t wait to come back again soon! Congrats guys!
I typically wouldn’t review a place twice but wow the BLT pizza they brought back is incredible. Had to say, this place is a 5 star establishment again in case others forget. I think I need their merch bc i’m a super fan. Thinking about how I can start a petition to make BLT pizza a permanent item bc it is amazing. I was shocked how spicy it is bc typically spicy labeled things are a bit more subtle. Anyways, this pizza should win awards! Also, the garlic cheese bread was very impressive. We’re trying to figure out how we can get back before the limited offer is gone bc WOW!
Large, open area and family-friendly. Great beer selection, recommend the dark Czech lager highly. Service is friendly but can be slow as they get very busy. You can make reservations which is great. I love Detroit-style pizza, and the sauce and toppings here are delicious. Get anything with sausage crumbles, it is pleasantly spiced and you will be picking fennel seeds out of your teeth for a while. The only downside is the crust, it is on the too thick and too hard side. A better crust than I would give this place five stars.
Their pizza & wings are the best & they have several IPAs, which are my favorite. You can get their Detroit style pizza with a cauliflower crust if you want, I prefer the regular crust but that’s just me. Try them, you won’t be sorry!
Went here for happy hour and enjoyed a couple fruity sours. The dry rub wings were pretty great, nicely seasoned and crispy.Took an order of pizza and garlic bread home and it was... okay. Obviously it's Detroit style but the crust was chewy to a challenging degree, and the cheese edges were excessively tough. The flavor itself was alright but definitely not my favorite pizza in the cities.
I love their french fries and detroit-style pizzas! For how many people are in there, it is pleasantly not too loud (good acoustics). Love the beer menu too. The pizza choices are unique and we're hoping they'll add a classic supreme pizza to the option list eventually.
We make the 30+ min drive from Woodbury just for this place. The pizza is our favorite in MN! The wings and beer is also always great. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s a spacious and inviting space with kind servers. My only disappointment was the bloody mary was 70% ice. Maybe a rare case but will stick with the beer going forward. But still, 5 stars! ???
