Stopped in to eat and we were greeted by the kindest young lady named Skyler! She was smiling and happy! She just overall had a fun personality! Quick to get our order and everything was cooked perfectly!
Idk if Arby's does this with all stores.. but this specific location is only drive through. They have a great spot to eat outdoors which is pretty secluded (3x tables). Workers aren't great but they're mostly tolerable.
Good food, quick service, the restaurant is fairly clean.
Food was great and veryyyyy cheap. Cashier...so but very so NICE and Kind. loved her.
I have not been a big Arby's person but we started going there recently and be really enjoy it a lot I was very surprised. The amount of product given is impressive
Great menu, fast drive through…hot food, cold drinks. Something here for every budget. Quick in and out when you are in a hurry. There is a large parking lot if you have to eat in your car and time is short. Person at drive through is also patient if you are slow in ordering.
Received wrong order through the drive thru. When I pointed it out and offered to just go with it they said no and asked for wrong order back. It appeared to be given to the car behind me after I put my hand in the bag. I don't think I will be returning to that Arby's due to the unsanitary actions of the staff
Sandwich was good. I asked if the fries were somewhat fresh, didn't get a reply, so I should have known they would be sub standard, They were dry and lukewarm at best. Disappointing when you have a craving for something.
My girlfriend came in to get lunch at the Burnsville Arby’s. She is not a complainer but this had to be said. Messy store, cold and distant employees, her food was thrown on her tray. I know it was lunch but it’s your job. But the worst part, we encouraged her to do a survey, and because she chose “not to be contacted “ the only feedback we got was, “thanks for your feedback.” She wants nothing but that they’ll use this feedback and talk to the staff to avoid being so cold and unpleasant in future to others.
It's Arby's so of course it's delicious. They have not gotten miserly with the sauces, unlike most fast food places.
