Fairly subpar for Wendy's, surprisingly. We grabbed food at 11PM and the burgers were room temperature and so we're the chicken nuggets. I would recommend another location for your late night food needs.
Commercials were talking loud about their fries.They were good. The double was really good.Me personally still likes McDonald's fries the best. Nothing negative about Wendy's
They didn’t let me know my food was out. I’m not just going to grab a random bag. They expected me to know I guess. Very rude staff. Where’s the district manager? Where’s the GM? Tables were all full of leftover food. Embarrassing.
Sat at the drive through sign/speaker for 4-5 minutes. After a couple minutes I said "hello? Is anyone there?" several times and waited in between and heard nothing in return. Pulled forward. They wouldn't let me order at the window and got angry at ME for pulling forward. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and not once did someone say "sorry, I'll take your order in a minute." Or "Please wait for a minute." I don't expect premium service from fast food...I just expect actual service. We went to McDonald's instead.
I drive a 28ft flatbed towing truck, so I don't fit thru there drive-thru. I understand the dinning room is closed but whats wrong with ringing my order up on the drive-thru cash register? I have been to other Wendy's and even other fast food places and they have no problem doing so. Am I wrong or am I justified in my posting. The manager or who ever she was needs to have her tone with customers fixed or they will lose more customers
Went here on a Saturday night in January around 9pm super busy customer service was rude one guy didn’t even smile or reply to me when I told him to have a good night! The lady at the speaker yelled at the woman in front of me about which choice she wanted she kept telling them the burger but then finally after being rude to the customer several times she clarified asking how many Pattie’s on the sandwich she wanted! They didn’t give me a receipt they didn’t even offer one my drink outside it was all sticky I got a $10 bourbon bacon burger with a small fry and a side of ranch I got no side of ranch in my bag my burger was cold the jam was all old and gunky and was barely there the onion rings were mushy half of my fries were old the bun on my burger was crunchy because it was so old it was absolutely disgusting I didn’t even finish it! Do not go to this location I have seen nothing but bad experiences come from this place it’s gross it’s dirty there’s no good customer service you feel like you’re in the hood. DO NOT GO HERE EH!!
Just had Wendy’s 4 For 4. And Was Good Even The Fries We’re Hot. What I Especially Love Is The Chocolate Frosty. They Have Remodeled The Inside , It Really Seems Bigger More Space Than Before.There Are TV’s And Area For Handicap. Customer Service Was Nice, It Was Nice To See How Quick My OrderCame Up. Will Definitely Be Coming Back
Rudest employees I’ve ever ran into. They have the lobby open but won’t let anyone order/pick up door dash orders etc. 5-6 employees standing around talking and they couldn’t hand people stuff that’s already been paid for? Ridiculous
They always make you wait a suuuuuuper long time when there's no other cars there and plenty of people working and able to help customers. I found hair in my fries the last time I went there and when I told them I wanted the combo blah blah blah, I don't know if the girl was on crack or just stupid, but she kept asking me what I wanted as if I didn't clearly say what I wanted twice. She heard me crystal clear, so that wasn't the issue. On top of all of that, they're always rude as hell. I ended not ordering and just drove away. They're not worth the time, money, or energy. I'd rather eat dirt than eat there. The dirt would probably be better anyway.
Extremely slow and rude staff!Waited 10 minutes at the window… I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER!Got home to see they messed up my order, call the store and “manager or shift lead” hung up on me!Tried calling back and they keep hanging up or denying my call!
