No matter which one I go to, rarely do they get the order right. Most recently they left out almost half of the order. 2 chicken soft tacos, and 2 hard shell tacos. And often they are out of products. This time, again, they were out of mild sauce. Like so many other places, the service is getting worse, and the prices are going up. So not only do I get charged for things I don't get, but I also have to either eat the loss, or go thru the hassle of contacting them to right the wrong. How hard is it to read a screen. When I ordered, everything was entered correctly. Yet they can't seen to make the bag match.
Appreciated the worker who took our order at 10pm! He was friendly and had a great attitude despite their team being under staffed and only able to take mobile and DoorDash orders. Keep it up!
If I can give it a negative 10 I would. This taco bell is the worst and waste of your money. What is the point of opening your dumb doors if you cannot take orders. Why do i have to go to drive- thru if i want an item not on the menu on kiosk yet. Worst customer skills! Lazy!!!!
Sad to say they are constantly missing food in orders or not making it correctly. They also have resorted to mobile ordering and pick up at times which is fine but the process doesn’t make sense at all and can be up to 30 mins for a wait.
Good customer service but a few times(probably staffing related) they will just randomnly be closed in the afternoon with no signage indicating it, you will just pull up as and someone will just ell you they are closed. So i recommend calling first to see if they are actually opened. This happened to me just a few days ago 5/16.
Every time I've gone thru drive thru my order has been short. The customer service lacks and the quality is bad.
First time visiting Taco Bell in 5-7 years, last time I visited one I was told the non greasy Gordita was no longer available but the greasy fried Gordita called the Chalupa was available.....I didn't want the grease and quit going there. Recently I saw a commercial for a Gordita Crunch and decided to try it, I ordered the combo meal which came with 2 soft shelled.... they called them tacos but where is the meat.I needed sauce for my so called meal, I wanted 3 for the Gordita Crunch and a total of 4 for the 2 tacos (2 per taco), I was given 3 packets and was told they could not give me adequate sauce and the manager even slammed the drive thru window on me instead of being civil.If I could I would give negative 10 stars because of the EXTREMELY poor service and the lack of fillings, most notably the meat in my Tacos.I WILL NEVER return to Taco Bell, the saying "The Customer is ALWAYS RIGHT" seems to be lost on the employees here and I will be contacting Corporate on Monday as well.Final thoughts Taco Bell had a chance to earn back a customer, instead they drove one away, I wonder just how many customers they have lost that are not vocal about the disservice provided here.
Much improvement noticed in night staff and quality of food recently. Very pleased! Keep up the good work =)
Drive thru was closed, but lobby open, it was late at night, around midnight. The workers were very sweet, working together, had a awesome vibe. Customer service seems rare these days, but these guys were great ?
Absolutely terrible experience with the night manager at 12:18am, 1-23-22. Ordered a few items through door dash app, items were received late, ice cold, and with missing items. Tried to call this store to figure out what happened with 10 dollars worth of food not delivered, the woman who answered sighed, explained she was the night manager but wouldn't give her name as if I was doing THEM a disservice, and then says you need to call door dash, can't help you, and hangs up. When I tried to call back, the second she heard my voice, hung up again. Absolutely TERRIBLE mangererial training or something. But this will be going through corporate until I figure out how this will not happen again. I'm very local, and will see to it that she receives disciplinary action. Horrible job.
