Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the Twin Cities I’ve been too. Ridiculous wait times even when you’re there alone. Rude employees that are pretty much incompetent. Would suggest driving an extra 2 miles too a different one even with gas being 5$ a gallon.
Employees were too busy telling each other stories and giving each other a hard time to actually take care of customers. I heard one young female (certainly cannot call her a lady) say the 'F' word three times while I was waiting to be noticed at the front counter to pay cash for my order. Took two more visits to get a fork to eat my chicken bowl. The tables in the dining room didn't appear to have been washed in a while either. All in all, a disappointing experience.
The girl with tattoos who was working the drive-thru on the night of 5/21/22 (around 10:15pm) is a BOSS. They say some heroes don’t wear capes… she’s a hero. SO. MANY. HOT. SAUCES. Hands down our new favorite Taco Bell.
I ordered today just a few minutes ago on the mobile app before it hit midnight turning to 04/24. I told them my order name at the drive through and everything was good until I came to the second window. They told me half of my order was out of stock and I wanted specific items and I was never told that they were out of stock at the speaker soI asked for the order to be canceled. They said I could cancel but now I'm looking at the mobile app and it's still charged to my card and says I already picked it up which I didn't so there's no way to cancel. I called the restaurant and kept getting hung up on. I was respectful the whole situation but why are yall playing with people's money ??
Went threw the drive thru cause I ordered a mobile order and have a broken foot so its hard to walk. When I went through the drive they told I had to come inside, I told them about my foot and they told me very rudely to just come up to the window. After waiting at the window for 5 mins they asked me to go park around by the front. I sat in the parking lot for 15 mins before I just left without my food. I would not recommend anyone to come to this store employees are very rude!
Employees are rude and unprofessional! Food is poorly made and they can’t get order correct at all. Have to wait ridiculous amount of time for a simple order. Don’t go here at all go to a different t place safe your time it I could give them no star I would it’s that bad
Haven't been here in quite a while. They have remodeled the store and put in kiosks to place your order. I prefer not to use those. I was able to order at the counter. The employee was fairly personable but lacked a smile and a thank you. Food items were good, they are always consistent at this location.
The service was OK but my food was messed up. I ordered three separate meals and every thing was messed up some had cheese some did not. some had triple the amount of cheese which I assume should have went in the ones that had no cheese all of the tacos were supposed to come with sour cream out of the three meals only three tacos had sour cream I was upset but I let it go now a month later we go to Taco Bell and this time spin $39 to feed me and the kids service was OK tacos made horribly barely any meat in the burrito like literally the tacos look like there was three pieces of lettuce on it ridiculous and a sprinkle of tomatoes barely a sprinkle… the tacos were made so horribly it’s ridiculous. This is the closest Taco Bell to me until the one next to Hy-Vee opens then I will just go there this place has messed up my tacos many times but these last two times when I was ordering for family and spending $25-$40 it’s ridiculous to spend that amount of money and not get anything right
This was a great location at one time, but after today I will never be back. Taco shells stale, the taste of old oil was apparent, part of my order was missing, and there was hardly any meat in my taco supremes and steak burrito.
Bella and the team were great! They made sure my order was correct and they made sure I got my sauce packets! They were very friendly team members! By far the best experience at Taco Bell I’ve ever had!! Thank you Bella and team!!!
