Processed my order thru their app. It was easy to use and didn't have to wait in line. As for the sub sandwich, it was spot on. Tasty and hot the spot!

App doesn't work with the store certain promotion codes don't work with this store I don't know if it's the store itself or if it's the franchise messing with things maybe the app, but trying to use the app with the store irritates me so much I don't even want Subway anymore today so between the app and the franchise I feel bad for these owners losing money because they can't create products that work. Maybe these franchise owners should get together and Sue corporate over the money they lose

We ordered online to pick up. Order was not correct. Ordered a sandwich with double meat...paid for it... Did not get it. Ordered a chicken ranch sandwich got tuna and there were banana peppers in that sandwich and in a bowl we ordered... neither person likes them. We had not had Subway in a long time and we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately we were very disappointed.

Done, just done. The customer service is well below acceptable. The new owner must think this is a gourmet sandwich shop. $12 for a run of the mill foot long. I LOVED this when the old owner was there, friendly, kind, and affordable. All of that is gone. You can get a large Pizza with multiple toppings just about anywhere for what 1 sandwich costs here.The last time I was here (right after the new owner took over) They were sanding sheet rock.. and dust was everywhere, even in the food, (you could write your name in the dust on everything) yet they still served it. I thought I would try 1 more time a year later... nope, I'm done for good now.I was there at 12:30 on a week day (lunch time) and I was the ONLY customer. That itself speaks volumes. They basically told me what I would like on my sandwich. I said that I didn't want shredded chicken, I wanted roasted, they said shredded was rotisserie, and better, and continued with that instead.. wth?Then when I paid She said tip it or skip it.. I said what? She said tip me or not. This store is not going to last long at this rate. The neighborhood, doesn't want anything to do with them.

Use to be the best subway ever. This place has gone downhill fast! Since the owner change, it's been horrible. Staff is horrible. ingredients are not even close to fresh. Mike, you will be missed.

Not even a one star can describe the hatred I have for this place staff are rude and disrespectful wouldn’t even give me a chance to speak and gave absolutely no care in the world for there attitude. Especially the black guy very rude.

Short-staffed, with just one employee there to handle both sandwich-making and checking out, and he has to wash his hands each time when moving between those activities. (The hand washing is a good thing, not a bad thing.) Don't expect fast service if it is busy. It wasn't very busy when we visited, but he still seemed stressed. He got about 80% of our order correct, but I didn't want to have him throw out a sandwich and start over.

I ordered food for my kids for delivery as I am covid 19 positive. They brought me the wrong food and left out a lot of what I ordered. Upon calling for a refund or for them to bring the correct food, I was told to come get my own food and hung up on...

Came in, no wait, no line NOT BUSY. Rude service and rushed for NO REASON. Repetitively asking what I'd like as I just walked in (around noon 12/10/2021) clearly looking at menu. As I started speaking walked away to help somebody else and also walked into the back. There was no point even even asking me. Then the girl working was sweet on the other hand. One person came in after us and the ride employee came out of the back then rushed the single person who had walked in just as he was doing me. Repetitively asking, as somebody was clearly making up their mind, and being pushy the whole way through. Rude. And this coming coming from somebody who worked and managed food and customer service for one year short of a decade... Terrible service. And I can't imagine as an employee it would be very fun to work with him

I did an online order which the app sent me to this store to order and the app didn’t notice this store was close, next day I called to get help but they hung up on me when I was explaining the situation and I called back and they didn’t even answered back
