Usually a great and friendly place, but today was a different story. The lady that took my order had an attitude, would not let me finish my order before rudely interrupting me and asking if that’s all. Had the nerve so sigh while I was telling her my order. I usually come at least every other day and tip the employees well because I appreciate their work, it was very disappointing to be treated like that. Probably will not come back!!!!
Extremely disappointed I could not use my stars or get Stars through my Starbucks app for purchases at this location..
((12/30/21 around 915am))After a night in pain, my husband went to this location to get me a white hot chocolate.The location was not busy at the time.When I received my drink, I was upset to find that the drink had not been made correctly. We got a cup of warm milk. Yes. Milk!!! No chocolate whatsoever! We’ve never had this happen. We are very disappointed in this product. It’s definitely not worth the money we spent. If we wanted milk, we could grab an entire gallon for 2.50. This makes no sense !!!!!!!!!!
It’s a busy location but the staff always handle it well! They’re all very kind and attentive to providing exceptional customer service. Special S/O to Josh!! He’s quick, kind and just simply, the SWEETEST!! Always respectful and greets with a smile!
My first drink at this location and the wait was decent on a Sunday afternoon. Drive thru was too long so opted to come inside. The order process was quick and i paid with the app so it was very convenient. However i was very disappointed of the quality of the drink. I order a hot caremel macchiato with a double espresso but the drink was bland and has very weak taste of the true espresso coffee. I didn't taste any of the fresh bean nor the scent of the dark rich taste of the espresso and all i get was just the bubbling milk wasn't done right. I left with a total disappointment.

Good if you like lukewarm coffee. Staff is great, but they need to turn up temperature on their coffee.
