I just ordered from this location… an 11 pc meal and only got 8 pcs, I also ordered 3 chicken Sandwiches and only received 2. When I tried to call this location nobody wanted to answer the phone.
I ordered online using their app. Ordered 14 piece chicken dinner. When I got home. I found we Only got 11 pieces. Ordered seven biscuits at six. Ordered six apple pies and five apple pies with one cherry. Half of the chicken was old and dried out. I tried to call the restaurant. Tried calling for over 30 minutes but No one can answer the phone so go back to the restaurant which was a 10 mi drive. Was treated poorly and never an apology.Worst customer service.
Trash. If i could give no stars I would have. This is the worst food I've ever had from any Popeyes & probably the worst chicken I've had anywhere. Some pieces weren't cooked all the way,skin is just falling off the chicken,super greasy. Just awful. The fries were clearly over cooked & looked as of they had been sitting & dropped back in the oil to reheat. I'll for sure never return to this location.
Man at windows couldn't understand English. Biscuits were hard. Coleslaw had a T on bottom for whatever that meant but cabbage was old and flavor was very bad. Previously it was great. When something is past due don't just pass it off to the customer thinking it's ok and your profit is met. Ugh, I won't be going back. Stuff is too pricy to be that bad. It's your loss.
Got the chicken nuggets, never again, still waiting on the chicken!!! Pieces of batter through the whole box, but that's my fault I should've ate at home
They gave me my food I ordered three orders of two piece white chicken. The fries on the Top one was hot and the other two was cold as hell. I will never go there again after spending all my money to get cold fries and hard biscuits. If you go through the drive thru please check your food. Even if you have to hold the line up!!
It was ok the dining room is closed and they messed up the order but they fixed it an gave us free cookies. The biscuits are awesome and tastey.
This location lives is closed to the public at the time of this writing so all I can is customer service is great! They work fast as to put orders together in the drive thru!!! My rating is based on these factors.
I normally love ordering from this location. But tonight I ordered off of Doordash an hour before they closed and about a half hour after placing my order my dasher called to inform me that the location was closed. I don’t know if this was an issue on Doordash’s side or if it was an issue with this location. Either way I didn’t get my food and I was upset. Luckily I was able to get a refund and the issue was resolved via doordash.
They're always forgetting my food they're always rushing when they're making a food it's kinda food just don't like it their customer service is not good besides on Sunday
