Late night n starving... The waitress was awesome we had like 10 minutes to order cuz they we're closing. She was sweet, didn't give us an attitude. And the chocolate cake OMG my official sweet tooth fix. She ran out of chocolate syrup so instead she used the fudge the best ever... I wish I got her name She definitely needs a raise or at the very least recognition for her hospitality so close to close...

We went on a Saturday at 12. We were sat immediately and soon after our waitress came and took our drink order. We waiting about 15 min, then my kiddo had to go to the bathroom. When we came back our drinks were still not there. We wait another 15 min and the waitress never came back with our drinks or to take our orders. However, the waitress stopped at other tables right near ours. I tried to get her attention but she didn’t come back to us. The bathroom was DISGUSTING! There was a liquid all over the floor, one faucet didn’t work, only one sink had soap and it was almost gone. The light switch to signal the bathroom needed attention was on, so hopefully they eventually saw it.I understand that the world is short staffed and I try to be extra patient because we all need a little more support right now. However, after 30 min of waiting and never even receiving our drinks we left. I’m pretty disappointed because I love Perkins and many have closed down.

My grandmother, mom, and I chose Perkins for my mother's birthday lunch. our waitress Lisa, was fantastic and truly epitomizes what a great host is. with all of the shortcomings of this establishment, she was the shining star and never missed a beat. even graced us with a little "potty" dance (she'll appreciate that comment, it's our inside joke.)for the rest of the facets of our visit, we were given ample time to visit and share as the time it took for us to get our food was incredibly extensive, the bathroom spells worse than a high school locker room, the floor looks like it hasn't been vacuumed since the trump administration, the host had to bus our table due to the lack of help, and the management is either overwhelmed or disconnected.all in all, this place would have gotten 1 star if it wasn't for Lisa.

walked in and wasn't sure if we should seat ourselves or wait. no sign with directions on what to do. didn't seem very busy (9am on a Tues). the server came out into the dining area, saw us, didn't acknowledge us at all and started taking an order. Very poor customer service. After that experience and noting the smell of the restaurant, we decided to leave. It smelled like mold as if something flooded. Will not be back.

I live about a mile and half from this Perkins and my family and I have been ordering delivery via Door Dash. The food comes so quickly and is always hot and cook perfectly. The triple Decker Clubs have been yummy. One of the few resturants on the app in this area that gets my delivery order right, which means alot when we have work meetings and none of us have the time to head to resturant for corrections. Also, I've called to add in additional condiments I can't do via the app and the staff have thus far ensured Ive been taken care of. I'm very pleased with service.

Waaay understaffed like a lot of places now days. Don't go for a quick lunch because it won't be quick. No refills on pop because to busy. Food still good.

Waited 30 minutes to not be served. Tables on either side of us were seated and orders taken since we had arrived. We ended up leaving without even have been given the chance to order drinks.

Not a bad Perkins. This is a nice little homey place. It's off the beaten path, but the food is great. Some of the interior is very dated, but give the restaurant charm.

Where do I start...we were immediately met with a long yellow extension cord that went from the lobby all the way out to the parking lot. Think of the danger this might pose for your elderly clientele! Dare we say lawsuit waiting to happen?!! Anyway, the establishment was not busy at all (perhaps 6 tables occupied in total). I saw 3 waitressess, so understaffing shouldn't be an excuse here. We were seated right away, received drinks in a reasonable timeframe and our meal order was taken (3 omelettes and 1 french toast). 50 minutes later...no one ever came out to apologize for the delay, our drinks were sucked dry and the food was cold and tasteless. I have no idea what the staff was doing (one kept coming from the kitchen and going outside) but no one was ever seen in the dining area. We ate our food in record time and had to seek out our bill. We met our waitress 1 hour prior and then never saw her again. Sorry Osseo, but this was a one and done at this establishment. What is your staff doing hiding in the kitchen and why do basic breakfast meals take 50 minutes to cook?

I ordered through door dash earlier. All of food was amazing as always and very well packaged and employees even took the time to label by hand writing on each package. Really great food and service.
