Very unreliable customer service very poor food service as well. I was waiting in the line for over 30 minutes just for them to lie to me, until I showed her it on my phone then she said yes we do have that. I come here all the time and this wasn’t it
This McDonald's location is the closest one to my home. If you order through the app, the odds of your order being correct/ready when you get there increase significantly. However, the drive-through continues to be a mess, and mistakes with my kids' order (Big Mac Meal with Dr. Pepper, 10 pc Nugget meal with Fanta and Deluxe Quarter Pounder with Cheese & Bacon with Diet Coke) are commonplace and routine.So, they're now downgraded. Perhaps they need new leaders at the helm.
Rude, the woman who took my payment was nice. However, as I rolled to the next window. The woman at the food window had the food out the window and made it seem like I was the problem and she was waiting on me. This happened just past 10pm 6/12/2022 (yesterday). I’m gonna drive to go to Burger King when in the area of this McDonald’s from now on. I recommend their chicken sandwich it’s better anyways. And if your gonna treat me differently because I’m a white guy. I’m gonna go someplace else. Taking my income with me.
TERRIBLE. The manager working there yelled at me when the ice cream machine was broken. I had no knowledge of this inconvenience so I had ordered a large chocolate milkshake. Instead of kindly telling me that the machine wasn’t working, she yelled at me. Then, I proceeded to ask if I could order a smoothie instead, she shouted “NO” very aggressively. The manager working there has always shown terrible customer service, and something needs to be done. Today, I went and ordered, and she left out my large coca-cola slushy sitting in the sun instead of handing it to me. By the time it was in my grasp, it was partly melted. When I received my food, the burger I had purchased was improperly packaged, and thrown into the bag. Do better.
Our order was fine.But did a man design the parking lot and drive thru? You have to drive around the entire building and then go through & then drive around the building again to leave the parking lot. There's no way a woman engineer would have designed that lol.
Avoid if you can!! Horrible services received this evening. The lady was so rude with such an attitude. she got my order so wrong , when I tried telling her what the right order was she told me to pull over to the window, at the window the order was obviously incorrect. The lady being rude said go back to the drive through and start over while she is laughing Zero / poor customer services.
Food was good but drive-thru at night is not good service; impatient in taking orders and not very loud, couldn't hear what they were saying half the time an felt rushed.
i ordered 2 medium fries and one large fries and one of my fries were missing. went back to talk to the manager and received poor customer service. i definitely don’t recommend this place. i will never order from here again.
What can i say about McDonald, it is already fast and easy to pick up food especially doing mobile order. Their pick up ordering like is so efficient like the swiss knife.
Asked for a value meal at the speaker. Was told to pull ahead, no total given. I knew something was wrong because I should have been asked about a drink. Got to the window and the total I got was clearly for a sandwich. I said I wanted a value meal. Was told that the price was for a value meal. I asked about the soda and she blew me off. Gave up and just paid. When I just got a sandwich I said I wanted a value meal and that this was just a sandwich. She told me the value meal costed more, I said OK, I knew and wanted that. She refused. I drove off with my sandwich. I think she understood, but maybe not. The lady 5 feet from her was watching this conversation with a smirk. Felt like they thought I was being dumb. I don't normally write these, but man the disrespect got me.
