now i understand this is a mcdonald’s, but it was dead. not busy at all. i asked for no lettuce & look what it is, lettuce. y’all can’t read?
I've done 4 pickup orders at this location. Not a single one has been correct and I've had to go in to get it corrected.Food is fine and the place is clean, but I'll be doing pickup orders from a different location from now on.
Fair place to eat in a hurry. Many times get the order wrong. Hardly ever display my order more than 2 seconds. Got to read fast!
I came inside yesterday Wednesday 5/25 at 4:00 I stood at the counter for literally 15mins before anybody even said hi or told me to order on the Kiosk. She waited until the drive thru was empty before they even started my order. Then she loaded up 5 large fries knowing my order came with a small fry. Made we wait for a small fry to cook when large fries were just sitting there. Horrible experience wish I could give 0 stars
McDonald's has always been sub-par quality food but it's cheap and still tastes delicious so you just accept it. Wow has that changed. It's now over $8 here for a SEC McMuffin, hash-brown and an orange juice? Please let me know how you can justify that price.
You get 4 stars, not 5, because Sausage Mcmuffin was fast, hot, and delicious. Parking lot is the most conveniently positioned to pop in and out so fast. The only reason for losing a star, is you made it impossible for to drive on by. ?Great job
Seriously trying go home that quickly? I’m not even going to bother dealing with this because you’re about to close and there’s nothing I can do about it such little time to go. The fries were f-king raw. Soggy, sad, and deplorable. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THOSE. I don’t know who’s in charge of this place but they need to be sent to the unemployment line; stat. District management too for that matter. With the prices McDonalds charges now this is an unacceptable waste. I won’t be back.
If you are going through the drive through stay away from the right lane. They make you yell at the top of your lungs to understand what your order is and still get it wrong. The staff is great though otherwise
Took over 15 minutes to make a cheeseburger. At a sit down restaurant, you can a cheeseburger faster than that. McDonald's is supposed to be fast food. Plus fries are freezing cold. Fries and soda were filled only halfway. I eat McDonald's close to everyday and this is the worst place.
Recently a new guy has started and things have not been good. Fries taste like fish now. Ordered a mcfrappe and it was undrinkable. It weighed like 50lbs. Knew something was off just holding it. The guy has no clue how to make it. Hopefully they get new people and better food. Got a breakfast sandwich burnt to a crisp. Inedible. Waste of money on a location that use to be good.
