Sunday 5/15 at 4:32 pm....ordered ice cream using Mobil app...got to confirm my order and was told ice cream was not available. Happens way too often at McDonald’s.
How do you forget to put the happy meal toys in the box! The toy is the only reason why people buy the happy meal for their kids!! Ordered 3 happy meals and none of them have it! Do better McDonald’s!
Disappointed is an understatement, did McDonald's move their drive thru operators over seas? Didn't sound like any workers I ran into. Fries were shorted, order was completely wrong, also it was very expensive. Next time I'm going to a restaurant or Smash Burger.
You’d think after a year of people seeing 24hrs and showing up to a closed drive through that this place would have 1 star by now. Or better yet the owner of this franchise would take the liberty of changing the hours on google so they stop wasting peoples time. I guess that would be too smart.
I have had nice experiences here. I just come to get a large fry with no salt. I cant believe the inflation. I paid 4.30 for my last large fry. When I went home I found a old receipt where I paid almost that much for a value meal not long ago. However, the workers are nice. My fries are hot enough to make the 8 minute commute home. So, I'm glad about that.
The drive-thru wasn't busy so I was served right away. Unfortunately I had to wait for my drink to be made as I was asked again which tea I wanted. (Doesn't that show up on the screen?) Not that bad so much, but I had to wait and get the attention of the worker again for a straw. Remember, it wasn't busy. I expected better.
I almost always seem to be told to drive up and wait when I order basic meals. I'm pretty sure it's due to limited staff but it's been months and no real change.
Our family did a online app order.We pulled up let them know we were there and waited in the warm car.5 minutes later they brought our order out to us hot and completely accurate.
They got the simplest order wrong and the worst part is they tried to hide ii. My girl is allergic to onions and they put it on there under the cheese... WORST JOB AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY Don't GIVE A FLYING F#@%.I would rather get dominoes or little Caesars out of there dumpsters before going to this location
We ordered our food in the drive through and was told to pull up to wait for our order. After waiting several minutes an employee brought our food out. I checked our food and it was the wrong. Therefore I had to go in the restaurant to inform them about the mistake and get what we ordered. Now because we touched the food we returned I thought the representative would have said keep it and give us our correct order. Instead she threw the food in the trash and replaced the order.It didn't make sense to me to throw food away when people are hungry and homeless. The food would have gone to use instead it was trashed. SUCH A SHAME!
