Too many times I’ve gone to the drive through on my way to work and no one is there to take my order. This morning was just the latest. 5:45 AM at a 24 hour location. There was another car in line next to me when I arrived. Another car pulled up behind me. I waited a minute and noticed the guy next to me still waiting. I drove to the first window and didn’t see anyone. Drove to the second window and didn’t see anyone. So I drove off, and noticed the other two cars doing the same. Disappointed!! Hire some responsible people who want to work!

The service was pretty quick and the food was hot and fresh but the staff that took my order didn't tell me how much my order was or what window to go to, he just rudely said "go to the window". When I got to the right window he took my money, and with the window open, then yelled to a coworker about change he needed and then started ordering them around, again rudely, and after about 30 seconds he started telling at a coworker to hurry up and then started swearing. For a minute I thought he was yelling at me. This is horrible customer service and the only reason u get 2 stars is cause the food was hot, fresh and made properly. The staff at the drive thru should not work around customers at all as I will not return here due to this staff and his behavior. I would warn parents to beware of this place and not bring their kids here as I would not want my child see or hear this kind of behavior.

Always go here. However on this visit I ordered a Big Mac bundle and cheeseburger bundle, 3 mc chickens and 2 apple pies. Got everything except the the 2 Big Macs. Went back and told the girl Brenda. She procceds to tell me about what is in the bundles and that it comes with nuggets. I said "Yes, I know got I everything on my order except the Big Macs." Then she proceeds to bag up the Big Macs (or so I thought). GOT HOME AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE. SMH. Not worth another trip there just for the Big Mac. I don't know what to think, cause I did see her put 2 items in the bag. But it was only 1 Big Mac and bunch of Napkins. I guess it was my mistake for not checking before I left.

I bought a big mac and a happy meal on DriveThru, I asked them for a ketchup but a black man works today said they don’t have any ketchup. How’s the big company doesn’t have ketchup. That’s a bad service ever.

I am not pleased with my experience whatsoever. this is ridiculous! not only are the bathrooms gross, they messed up mine and 3 of my friends orders. the wait was about 20 minutes each although there were only a few customers but many workers! also they made many weird faces at many customers, manager is absolutely rude. He not only forgot my order but got mad when he forgot the second one. regret coming to this location, hope this helps.

I was here with 3 other people and each one of us had something go wrong with our orders. We were sitting in the lobby and could see that everyone else around us had the same issues as well. The manager is rude and thinks he’s hilarious. He won’t value coupons if there’s one issue he will give up. He was also making faces at customers behind their back. One of my friends went to the front to ask for some ranch and it took 15 minutes for anyone to notice. While writing this I’m still waiting for my ice cream cone and dreading to ask where it is.

Nailed it both times on the fries... Hot and perfectly salty ?

Found a string in my drink? Idk. Usually come here since it's convenient so it's kinda disappointing.
