I was there for the NBA finals game. They had only one bartender which was not enough. I ordered the Queso Dip. The chips were stale and the dip was luke warm and did not taste good.
Ordered take out, husband had a burger, ordered fries in stead of chips, they gave him chips! Both our chips in our orders, the chips were stale, inedible.
I love love loved the Mad Jack’s in Vadnais Heights but it is closed so we tried this one. So bad....bad service, bad drinks, bad food and no gluten free options. Never again! And staff, the mask goes over your nose and mouth!
Food is super good. wait staff is always new. So the next time i went i paid with cash they still charged me a cc fee. I called the next day and talk to a manager she said the sever should of told me about the fee then told me the owner would call no such call..
I had chosen this nasty bar called MAD JAKE in Brooklyn Park MN for me and my friends to meet and have a drink, but the bar tender was so rude in her approach why taking our orders. As a customer, I tried talking to others staff including the manager about the service rendered, and the manager escalated the hold idea that I was feeling bad about things that make no sense concerning their service , saying that I’m making issues out of stuff that is not important and he’s gonna cut us off from purchasing what ever we want from the bar. By the way, he walked out of my face saying, “ain’t get anything to do with me nor talked to me about”. I tell you, if you want to have fun with your love ones, friend or associate, please find some where better to go, this location is beautiful but the management is horrible. Their customer service tells you what they represent in real life.
We stopped to try Mad Jack's & found it looked better on the inside than the outside. The Whiskey Steak was the special of the day & worth a try - tender and served with vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. Artichoke chicken sandwich was very tasty We finished up with the pudding chocolate cake, mmm. Worth a stop at Mad Jack's Sports Cafe Our server, Clare, was very helpful and made our experience more pleasant.
Very comfortable place with great food. The Mac and cheese and the wings are some of my favorites. The Cuban and the burgers are great also.
Thought this place looked like a neat Sports bar. It was only fair. Food came out was average at best and waffle fries were barely warm. Potato skins seemed like they were frozen and microwaved, maybe they are, but not what was expected. Cole slaw was either spoiled or the worst I have ever tried, one bite and that was all for that. Every Tuesday is singing entertainment. I will leave that at that.
Food is not too bad when you finally end up getting it, Wait staff has been pretty thin at different times during the football season on Sunday's. Bathrooms need to be expanded to more then one stall.
Medium rare burgers were well done. Found a bone in chicken Mac and cheese, told server they didn’t do anything. Would have rather went to Burger King down the road.
