I was in there quite a while back and was very unhappy with the place. I went in tonight for happy hour and it's so different and great. The staff is very friendly and the food was super good. I was really impressed. I had a feeling that the ownership has changed. It's back to being really great again. Good job. I recommend this place now 100%.
Haven't been to Mad Jack's in about 3 years and will not go back. The service was fine but it took about 45 minutes for our food for a party of 7 and we were the only table seated in the restaurant! Should've known by the empty tables it's not what it used to be. Burned fries, dry burgers, and they add a $3.50 surcharge to the bill if you use a credit card to pay your bill that we were not informed about before paying.
Mad Jacks has lost its class. Poor service. Was mostly ignored. We got a single paper napkin each. We had to ask for butter and got one pat of butter for our potatoes. The economy has caused this place the be costly and cheap. The steaks were at least tasty.
Great atmosphere. Love the Harley in the middle of the room. Good bar and a great burger. Only 4 stars because they were out of most of the stuff I wanted to order today.Honestly I don't blame them, supply chain problems are everywhere.
Came in a few weeks ago. Was seated promptly by a nice gentleman, but our waiter was very rude. We placed our order and waited for 45 minutes and finally decided to leave when the people seated near us that had clearly been waiting much longer than us finally received their food ...and their order was wrong.The restaurant wasn't busy so this all was a huge red flag. I may give them a shot again if they replace their staff but I have little hope for this place.

Walked in for dinner on Friday night and was served by Desiree and she couldn’t have been nicer. She was quick, efficient and friendly. She helped recommend something for my dinner and it didn’t disappoint! I even returned the next day for bingo on Sunday and Karaoke and got similar service! It was a gem I found and can’t wait to return-
I love going out to this Mad Jacks for karaoke! Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday night's from 8pm-11:30pm! Lots of good singers come out and it is a blast! Good food and good people!
I ordered a top shelf long island...there were bugs in my glass. My server was great though. Good service but terrible food.
I would've given 5 stars, because I absolutely love the buffalo wings and the place is usually nice & clean, but the music they play lately isn't good! And it all depends on what waitress/waiter you get in order to determine whether or not you're going to get good service, because some can be very disappointing!
