At noon today 7/6/22 I visited the Brooklyn Park KFC. I proceeded to go through the drive thru to place my order. The lady that took my order was just rude throughout the ordering process. Her attitude was so bad that I canceled my order. I proceeded to the window to see who was so rude and I informed her that she was rude. I told her it was not my fault that she couldn’t hear me due to the outside traffic. I stated that she could have asked me to pull up so she hear me. Instead of her apologizing for her horrible attitude. She continued to not only defend her nasty attitude but continued to be rude. She was the manager to be more specific white female, red hair and tattoos down her right arm. KFC Is this who you want to represent your franchise? You definitely need to re-evaluate your decision.
I've been here today and it was amazing.I got the jack Harlow meal and it was all fully tasty.
Hadn't had KFC IN ages. The chicken sandwich was very good. Fresh thick juicyAnd perfectly seasoned.
Food was as good as ever, and our order was complete (which is better than we've experienced at many other take out restaurants). Only criticism: they didn't call my name, but expected me to know that the order they put on the counter was mine. It all worked out OK.
Well staff is rude yells at customers over not read a sign on the door. Well if you had less signs to read maybe people would notice. Drive thru only that's fine but don't be so angry at a customer for trying to buy your mediocre food. This is not the first time that this has happen and well we will just take our business to popeyes down the road. Food hasn't been as good as other KFC's we have been too.
i love getting Beyond chicken here i always order via DoorDash. once, they were out of the Beyond chicken when i placed an order with my partner but they didn’t update us until the order was being picked up. the last minute having to cancel after waiting 45 minutes was a huge pain. they get my partners order right about half the time as he edits his chicken sandwich. i still order regularly but it’s risky every time!
Last time we ordered which was weeks ago, our chicken tenders were missing. We don't live close by so Elizabeth (possible manager) said she would note that we would receive an order of tenders OR $10 off. We choose to receive the chicken tenders. I went by today to order some food and receive the chicken tenders they owed us. A manger got on the speaker by the name of Jessica. She was very rude about the situation. It was almost as though she was upset that I was trying to get my tenders. She rudely stated, "It's for $10 off and you have to order something for it." The entire 2 minutes of speaking with her was off putting. She has very poor people skills. We don't order from here often, and now there's another good reason not to. I would suggest Jessica receive some additional customer service training from Elizabeth. Whether she was having a bad day, she needs a better work attitude.
Its a pretty great location right off the highway for you long road trippers. I also worked here and I've had the best time and team through my time there. Stop by and grab a HOT BITE ?
We had OK experience. Overall the food was not great and considering it being my first KFC experience in US. Had much much more expectations. They have NO Dine-In and its only DRIVE THRU at this location ?
Went thru the drive thru, late night we haven't had a bucket of chicken for a while , got the regular ,a mix of dark and white meat it was delicious Thank you!
