I keep giving this store a chance after chance to redeem there service with me but it seems every time I come my order either isn't ready ( I started waiting at least 10min before arriving on my "ASAP" web order) and instead of posting they don't have delivery service, they waiting an half-hour before calling you and informing you that delivery isn't available. Long story short I'm done with this location.

Better hope you’re in their delivery radius. Even if you’re 1.5 Mi away, they can’t deliver to you because their “policy” doesn’t allow for that. I was told to contact a “closer store”. The closer store to me (and the one I usually go to) is closed today. So of course I wouldn’t think it’s a big deal ordering from 0.5 Mi to 1.5 Mi away but apparently it’s impossible for them to go the extra mile. Literally. I’m not mad at the employees doing their jobs, and I’m actually impressed with how respectful the employee was when he heard my disappointment on the phone. Regardless, I’m disappointed in the company’s petty and non-consumer friendly policies. But whatever, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

There are two Jimmy Johns near where I work, and normally I goto the other one, but thought I would try this one and see if this storemade a better sandwich than the other.Nope, it was about the same, They are alright,but not that special for the price,The icemaker was out on the pop machine, that happens,I did the order on line and then went to pick it up, trying to give them time to make the sandwich. it was ready when I got there.Adding to this review, I recently went back to this one, after ordering a sandwich thru the app, I customized the sandwich, to remove the some of the ingredients like oil and add mustard, they must have been out of mustard, because it was missing from the sandwich, they didnt add the oil like I asked, and this time the icemaker at the pop machine was working.One thing to add is, and this is no reflection on this or any other JJ Store,if you use the app to order, don't wait for it to tell you it is ready,give them 15min and head to the store, the app will sometimes notify you 2-6 hrs after you order.

Don’t order delivery if you’re super hungry. Almost always takes an hour or over. And if you order online on the app to pick up, they NEVER tell you when it’s ready for pick up. You’ll have to guess, and then get a notification 3 hours later that your order is ready for pick up. Worst JJ ever.

Ordered twice online, but they didn't have a driver that day. Went in for pickup and had to pay again. Very disappointed, wanted a refund but store had closed soon after I went for pickup.

Usually not bad, but they had 7 people in line or waiting for sandwiches and they were more worried about online orders. Then they also got my order wrong and gave me extra Mayo and not bacon which they did give me. Which is more important? Online order or the people standing right in front of you?

Been here multiple times but today was the last. Saw an employee wipe their nose with their glove on and then continue making sandwiches without changing gloves. Ew.

Not freaky fast waiting for an hour in a half… and still waiting on my food, no discount, no nothing!

Last night, Oct. 27th, a friend came into your store and order two double roast beef sandwiches. The 13 in. One was to have onion on it. He got no onion. The other one was just the regular. However the second one had NO roast beef and NO cheese. It only had lettuce, tomato and Mayo. When I called to complain( sandwich was $10), they tried to deny it, then apologized, and told me I could come in for a free one. I believe they should either deliver one to me, send me a coupon or send my money back. I should not have to go to them. Please resolve this issue

My sandwich was "out for delivery" over an hour ago. You burned over 3/4 of my lunch break and I'm heading for a diabetic low. I'd give negative stars if I could. This is unacceptable. "Freaky Fast?" Not even close.
