After I ordered and was waiting for my food a guy came up to order and said this food truck was the best tacos he's had in the twin cities and I have to agree. My favorite was definitely the chorizo but they were all good.

Their shredded chicken tacos are my favorite! They are my every Friday eat out place to go! Their hot sauce is bomb too. I always get the hot sauce and it never disappoints! Authentic and delicious, check them out, you won't regret it!
One of the better food trucks in the area. There is no nearby seating, so be prepared to eat in your car or drive home. I asked what their specialty/popular items were and they recommended the tacos, burritos and sopes. I bought three sopes and they were kind enough to throw in a free taco since it was my first time. I requested them to "surprise me" with the meat selection and got chicken on the taco and chorizo, beef and pork on the sopes. Only the pork slightly disappointed - the meat was incredibly tender and juicy, but lacked flavor IMO. Chicken was fantastic - tasty thigh pieces with excellent seasoning. I do think they could've browned the outside a bit more. Ground beef and chorizo were great as well. Not too oily/greasy either. Bonus points for that. The sopes were hand made for me and took about 10 minutes to get the order. Frankly, I liked the tacos better. The corn tortillas went incredibly well with the chicken. Also, for $3.50 per taco, they give you a much larger serving of meat than other food trucks. I got the mild dipping sauce. I think it was a mix of verde and avocado. Excellent flavor and paired well with the sopes. I think they only offer styrofoam take out containers even if you plan on eating nearby. But they do line the bottom with parchment paper (some places don't and you end up with an oily mess at the bottom). I would come here again. Tastes great and really fills you up.
