Chad the delivery driver was awesome. But I’m not waiting over 2 hours for pizza and not get an answer on the phone for over 25+ minutes. Ridiculous
Nothing against the location but the app competely failed. Charged my card without executing order. Contacted corporate office and they were not very helpful or cared for situation. Sad day.
Place sucks! Couldn’t do pickups so called placed an order. They said it would be 20-30 minutes then I get a text 20 minutes later saying it was canceled. Called back backed guy was ruded.
Terrible customer service. Took over an hour. Pizza still Not here (I live less than 4 miles from shop). Phone on site leads you to the longest voicemail of all time. It’s been 15 minutes on automated Messaging. I am trying to reach someone. Absolute trash service. Huge disappointment.
Horrible service! I placed my order and was told a specific pick up time. When I arrived at that time to pick up the order, my pizza had not even began to get made. The man at the front told me it’s going to be another 45 min before my pizza is made. The employee was very rude and I won’t be back. Pizzas here are never made on time!
By far the worst location I've ever been to. They not only screwed up my order but they were unapologetic and could care any less.
Orderef online and my pizzas never showed up. One hour and a half later I called them to see whats going on and they told me they never made my pizzas. I asked for my money back will never used this location again. They didnt apologize to me. I just wished they had some kind of notification for letting me know that they wont be making my pizzas. If i could give them zero i would. This is an ongoing issue as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
this is the first time I ordered dominoes in years and I was pleasantly surprised , it was easy to order , fast on delivery ,and really delicious. cold pop and hot pizza! thank you
Being behind with the Super Bowl is understandable, but, to be an hour late after boxed and ready time for a pick order was awful. On top of that the Pizza was wrong, the Pasta was half done, and the dessert was burnt. Definitely made us rethink our Domino's choice for the future.
I don’t know why I keep giving this location chances. Time after time it’s a terrible experience. Why does it take 30+ minutes to “quality check” an order? Why can’t there be notes or something indicating why my order is taking excessively longer than the estimated time? Also - why can’t your drivers deliver directly to apartment doors? I pay for delivery; not for meeting the driver at the entrance of my building. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.
