I ordered my pizzas at 9:24pm and now it's 11:36pm still in the prep phase on the tracker. I gave them the benefit of the doubt knowing that their busy, so I waited around 10:30 to give them a call for an update. It was an answering machine looping for 15 minutes or more. I wanted to cancel my order to get a refund, but since they didn't answer at all, I called my bank and asked for a charge back. Do not order from this place. Find a different branch as it'll save you from the headache.
I had a good experience once giving them the benefit of the doubt but now my second time ordering. I am currently writing this as my pizza has not arrived yet from 6:36pm, now its 8:03pm. I also forget to mention that I got hanged up on because the person working there purposely pretended not to hear me.
If I could give a no star review, I would. It took an hour and 45 minutes for us to recieve our pizza and when it did finally arrive, it was barely above room temperature. You can tell that the boxes had been sitting in the hot bags and the pizzas are burnt and the driver slid them. After everything is said and done, we spent $45 and I wish I had taken my money elsewhere. When the driver arrived, he didn't apologize for how long it took. I can understand being short staffed but when our food is barely warm, you should at least pretend to be remorseful. We watched the tracker and it seemed like the driver spent 20 minutes in one place before he actually got to our house. Highly disappointed. Don't waste your time, just order Jets or Pizza Hut instead, at least I know they'll deliver me warn food.
Ordered a pizza and got a confirmation that they recieved my order. The tracker said my pizza was being prepped. It stayed that way for an hour, so I called to check on the status since it hadn't moved. I was on hold and no one picked up my call. An hour and 15 minutes passed, and they never delivered my order that I paid for. We waited a while on the phone until it was passed closing time, so I will have to contact the next day to get a refund. I understand people may be short staffed but at least contact us to let us know you can't fulfill my order so I can look elsewhere. Or don't accept orders you cannot fulfill.
I have been ordering pizza from Domino's for 35 years and this was by far the worst pizza I have ever gotten from Dominos and I have been to almost every location in Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs. The crust is thin and flat from the center to the overly bubbled edge. I ordered extra cheese and it does not have extra cheese.
What a sad place, the dominos corporate or franchise owner needs to fire their district manager and find a person who can handle operations and FIND drivers and employees to service this part of town. After 1 hour of the app showing that food is still in prep, who wants to eat it? I ASK any dominos employees, would you feed cold pizza to your own children?Dominos would never see a penny from me again.
Waited for an hour and a half for a pizza that was like left overs the next day when it's left out. Not even able to swallow it, it was so dry and cold. Evertime at this domino's it such a bad experience. The domino's on 93rd is soon much better.

Lousy unprofessional Staff & No DeliveryWe ordered Pizza and spent over $50In this joint. After waiting for over an hour, I called to inquire about my order. A man answered and told me “Hey! chill! We’re busy right now” Never heard anyone talk so unprofessionally and disrespectful to clients. I guess they hire anyone off the streets. We’re done with this place. If you want spend money and get nothing delivered this is your pizza joint. They are terrible. They shouldn’t even be listed as a “business”.
