When I came in there was food everywhere. Serving table, floor. I had to request that they wipe up before I was served. When I asked for a manager this shy person came up front and just started wiping up as well. No conversation! Then as I am being served the server turns the spoon upside down touching everyone food with the spoon. I am allergic to beans so I was afraid to eat my food when I got home. I will not go there again!! All staff there was young and uncaring how to represent a store or give good customer service.
Usually late with orders. I know better than to ask, lady behind the counter yells at people. My friend calls it the bad Chipotle and won't go to this one.
The staff is the best thing about this place. They were easy going and took great care of the customers. I was very happy with my quick meal while I was out running around.
2 stars for convenience. Unfortunately the customer service never ceases to disappoint at this location. I always go months between visits here hoping for improvement but it hasn't happened yet. ? the food quality also seems to have diminished since they opened. While the chipotlane is nice, I rather stick to the Jolly Ln or Shingle Creek locations.
The food was okay here. The chips tasted a bit stale. The prices for everything have definitely increased. The portions are still the exact same size now you just pay more for them.
Poor customer service it looks like the workers are always mad!I ordered a chicken bowl with fajita mix and they didn’t put any!Tortilla chips were soggy. I like the food , but come on they have to get better!!
We've always enjoyed coming here but we're definitely going to stop. We love the food but its become so unpleasant stopping by this location. Two of the girls who work here need some serious customer service training. How are you gonna get annoyed because we asked for sauce in one of our bowls and you've ran out? "We're not making anymore sauce for the night!" Oh, ok then. It was literally 5:30 pm. We even politely said thank you to both girls before leaving and they just gave us blank stares. All them nice manners just bottled up somewhere inside, I guess. This isn't even a "give these workers a break....it's busy everywhere....everyone is short staffed" kinda deal. No excuses. These are just bad attitude workers. It wasn't even busy when we stopped by. There was only a family of three eating in the lobby. There was no line. And the other few times we've been there, everyone is literally just standing around. One worker even held up the line cause he was making food for himself. Even when we've placed an order for pickup, and arrive on time, we're still waiting at the window for our food. We're definitely better off dreaming about eating at Chipotle but actually spending our money somewhere else.
The food is fine, but the service is consistently poor. Every single time I have driven up to the window, the employees are chatting or have headphones on and don’t acknowledge my presence for quite some time. When I am acknowledged, the person says one word: “Name?” The food is always ready on time - so that’s a plus - but when I thank them for the food, I might get a grunt but generally get the drive thru window slammed shut in my face. I’ve worked food service and know it’s tough, so I’d be more understanding if this was an occasional thing but poor service has proven to be the rule here, not the exception.
the food at this location is on the low end of what i have come to expect at chipotles. but the bigger problem is the staff, when asked to turn the music down i was greeted with attitude from one of the staff, it seems to me that if the staff has to yell to one another the music is way to loud , when i sat down to eat it was way to loud. i noticed this problem at another location and quit going to that one i guess this will be another one.
This place is so concerned with to go orders that walk in customers get the shaft... I've been going here about once a week for 6 months now, at 11am , a bit early so I don't hit lunch rush... every time it's the same story , stand there and wait 15 minutes and I'm the only customer in there...I watch your employees do everything but make eye contact to avoid working the front line..I'm absolutely exhausted dealing with this place. I'll just take my business elsewhere.
